PROGRAM:

Reception with welcome drink and snacks of local products with a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills with an enchanting glimpse of Barberino Val D’Elsa;

Meeting with our chef who will guide you in the preparation of one of the most famous Italian dishes in the world, Lasagna. You will then learn to roll the Fresh Pasta and prepare the Ragù and the Béchamel for the realization of the dish. Our Chef will also teach you how to prepare a famous Italian dessert (panna cotta, chocolate pudding, tiramisu, etc.)

Lunch that includes appetizers based on local cold cuts and cheeses, lasagna prepared by the participants, 1 glass of wine, dessert, water, and coffee included.

Discover the art of making homemade pasta conveniently and effectively! Using just flour, water, and eggs, we’ll reveal the mysteries of creating fresh pasta for the preparation of LASAGNE, set in a captivating location nestled within the picturesque Chianti hills.

Over the course of three hours, you’ll craft fresh pasta, prepare a meat sauce, and whip up the bechamel needed for the absolute best lasagna you’ll ever experience. After this, you’ll easily impress friends and family with one of the iconic dishes of Italian cuisine.

In addition to this, the session will conclude with the making of a famous Italian dessert (panna cotta, tiramisu, or chocolate pudding)

Once we’re done cooking, you’ll finally get to savor its true taste, paired with an exceptional Chianti wine for your lunch.
