The journey begins at our agriculture property, leading to an authentic farmstead of Apulia. From there, you’ll immerse yourself in the landscape of olive groves, characteristic of Bari’s southeast region. You’ll then reach ‘Grottole’ - a petite hamlet in Polignano, home to four caves that host the enactment of the nativity during Christmas. The excursion progresses amidst olive trees, dry-stone walls, and the breathtaking view of the sea from afar.
