- 3XJW+6W Merzouga - The journey begins in the morning after breakfast or at a time of your choosing, as we set out to explore the Merzouga desert in a 4×4 vehicle. The first stop is the village of Khamlia, where you can enjoy the vibrant Gnawa music performed by the local community, originally from Sudan and Ghana.
After enjoying the music, dancing, and capturing memories with photos, the adventure continues along the Paris Dakar rally route. We will traverse the desert track towards Mefes to admire its unique desert stones. This will be a fantastic opportunity to explore the desert oasis and meet the Nomadic people who reside there. Discover how these resilient individuals thrive in the desert, enduring sandstorms and the intense summer heat. A traditional Berber lunch will be served, allowing you to relax with the Nomads and enjoy tea prepared by a Berber woman in the traditional manner.
Following lunch, the journey proceeds towards the Erg Chebbi dunes. The tour concludes as we return to Merzouga, with the option to be dropped off at a camp or any other location of your choice.
