  • Beatles Statue - As you walk along the dock area, you will be able to take photos of the iconic buildings that frame this part of the waterfront including the Cunard Building, the Royal Liver Building, and of course get a selfie with The Beatles as they look across the Mersey.

  • Whitechapel - The area around Whitechapel is routed in The Beatles story. You will see Hessy’s the famous music shop that has launched a thousand bands and visit locations that are forever placed in the Fab Four history.

  • Derby Square - Passing by The Hard Days Night Hotel. you will visit Derby Square, built on the original site of Liverpool Castle. Here you will have chance to take some photos in front of the imposing statue of Queen Victoria, which is also the setting for a famous photo of The Beatles.

  • Liverpool Town Hall - As walk towards the Town Hall you will hear about its role in the music history of Liverpool. Close by you will see a monument to Nelson which is now over 200 years old.

  • Mathew Street - As you walk towards Mathew Street - home of the Cavern Club, you will be truly walking along a musical memory lane. Mathew Street is one of the most famous streets in the world, and is synonymous with the Cavern Club and The Beatles. You will have chance to have your photo taken in front of the Cavern Club and see all the links along the street and the area to The Beatles story.

  • Royal Albert Dock Liverpool - As your guide escorts you around the waterfront to the Pump House on the famous Royal Albert dock, you pass by the bronze statue to Bill Fury which has become the fans shrine to him. As you near the end of the tour- the reason for the visit to the Pump Room will be revealed with a final & interesting story of Liverpool and the role it had in The Beatles journey.

Fantastic tour! - One of the best walking tours we’ve done on our vacation. Allan was our tour guide and was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable about the history of the Beatles and also provided great historical information about Liverpool. Highly recommend this tour.

Private Beatles walking tour - Allan was an excellent guide- he knew his history and Beatle trivia. Would suggest combining this tour with a visit to one of the Beatles’ museums for more information.

Beautiful city with a rich history! - Alan was there to greet us at the appointed time. He was very informative & witty. We enjoyed the tour very much. So much information about Liverpool & the Beatles. It was a fantastic morning seeing lots of interesting, beautiful places. Highly recommend this tour!

The inside scoop - Paul was an incredible tour guide. We thought we could do it ourselves but we are so glad we went with the tour instead. We would have missed so much of the Beatles back story. He kept us interested the entire time and the 2 hours flew by!
