Fantastic! - Phil was great at giving advice where to see the manatees & dolphins. Kayaking out to the island. We had a blast and plan on doing it again before we go home.

Good value and enjoyable experience - Kayaks were comfortable and it good shape. We saw lots of manatees up close and even caught a glimpse of a few dolphins. Very relaxing time out in the water.

Manatee kayaking - This was a family trip- ages 8-72! Pollyanna was our guide and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the animals. We saw many manatee, dolphins and birds. I would have like a little more time in the cove with the manatee but overall it was a favorite adventure of our trip!

Change of manatees 100% - When we asked the guide what are the chances of seeing a manatee and he said 100%, we were dubious. But the inlet was teeming with these gentle giants! Wonderful to paddle (carefully!) in the water with them and see them up close. We also sighted a couple of dolphins. We will definitely do this again;-)

Wonderful, fun experience - The manatees were so much fun. Our guide, Mark, showed how they will come up to the kayak when he poured water into the lagoon. They swam right up next to us and under us, blew a little water into us, showed us their noses, and let us touch them. We then saw several dolphins in the waterway, plus a variety of birds. Such a great time. Totally worth it. Mark have us a lot of interesting information and was knowledgeable. Be prepared to paddle...you will get a workout. Bring LOTS of water and sunscreen!

Not a professional outfit but good kayaking. - The equipment was fine. Check-in was easy and very casual as the attendance left after they gave us instructions how to get the kayak and lifejackets ready for lunch. Little instruction on where to go, what to avoid, you just hit the water and go. We took a tandem, and like I said the equipment was acceptable. Nothing fancy about this place. There were no restrooms, you had to go down to the park facility. No place to lock up car keys, etc. so if you go come prepared with a dry bag.

Fun but Scary - We were told there would be a guide, not true. You’re only renting out the kayaks and you figure out the rest. We were also told there’s not alligators. Wrong again! While trying to take cover from a storm, we encountered a Gator while stranded in strong winds and open water. The experience was beat, but not knowing what to do in the middle of the storm she’s seeing gator, was scary!

Better off going somewhere else - Showed up for 3pm reservation. No one was there. Had to call like 10 times to even get a hold of the owner. Finally called back a hour after our reservation. He said he was not even aware of the reservation. Got the code to unlock the kayak and had to get it ourselves. No guide to lead us. Had no idea where to go. Didn't really see any manatees, or much wildlife at all. Rather disappointing.
