Friendly and timely. - Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get into the airport until very late. This van picked us up and brought us to our hotel even though it was so late. Thank you so much! Very friendly driver and very professional.

Great experience - Both drivers were very kind on pickup and drop off to and from the airport. Our first driver could tell we were exhausted from flying and offered cold water. Our flight arrived late, and I was able to communicate through WhatsApp to provide updates. Overall, the experience was great and I would definitely use this service again.

Lovely Conversation, Wonderful Ride!! - The pickup at Hotel was early and prompt. Gentleman was very cheerful and friendly. We conversed as old friends, as he proudly talked about his beloved Merida.

Got the job done - Driver was on time and waiting with my name on a sign board. The vehicle was clean but nothing special. The reason for only 4 stars is that the ride was advertised to include free cold bottles of water (or soda) and none was on board.

Horrible experience - I had a flight change and called to notify Viator and they amended the reservation. When I arrived at my destination, there was no one to pick me up. I called repeatedly and no one answered the phone. I had to arrange a taxi.
