We’ll embark on a journey exploring the historic remains of Tulum, an old fortified Mayan city, precariously sited on a cliff facing the Caribbean Sea. Tulum, being among the last Mayan cities to be established in the region, served as a significant trading seaport. The city was deserted in the 16th century, long after the Spanish started their occupation in Mexico. Following that, we will head to the Suytun cenote in Yucatan, a natural swimming hole. To conclude our trip on a high note, we’ll venture into the Ahua park to admire sculptures symbolizing the linkage with nature.
