Great visit to Chichen Itza and other sites - We were lucky to have a small group and went straight to Chichen Itza arriving early. Our tour guide was great and the site lived up to our expectations. We then were treated to a free buffet lunch along with demonstrations on Maya cooking and ceremonies. We visited Valladolid square although there wasn’t much there. We visited an amazing Cenote—you need to see one if you haven’t before. Our tour guide was very flexible and we left early so that during our visit to Izamal we could also walk up the local Maya pyramid. The last stop was the cathedral at Izamal at sunset which was great. A great day packed with great stops. Highly recommend.

Great tour - I enjoyed the tour. Note that the Trip Advisor time is incorrect ( I got there an hour earlier) so check with the tour itself. The guide was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot. There was a slight miscommunication between them and their office but they were accommodating and managed to sort it out for me. I had a great day and a good group.

Amazing experience - The tour guide was very kind and charismatic. Despite the immense amount of rain it was still an amazing experience and the cenote felt wonderful. The buffet and a box lunch were included as well as waters so not much was needed to bring. I do recommend some light snacks and a jacket though. And you do bring your own towels.

The pyramids were amazing.Glendie was very helpful and very good with her knowledge and explained very well. - The vies were amazing the guide was very good and spoke in English. The only down fall was the food. I am vegetarian and asked for vegetarian soup as starter instead of the meat one, but I had chicken in the soup they gave me. Not much choice for vegetarians.

Great informative and friendly tour - This tour was well the money. I was picked up in a modern comfy van and received great information about everywhere we visited. The guide spoke excellent English and ensured we were cared for well and answered all our questions. She certainly had a wealth of info about the individual places and explained well the intricacies of Chichen Itza. It is worth going on these tours as you learn so much more than you would by wandering yourself. Timings were good and we certainly got the most out of the tour - I well recommend this company for this tour.

Highly Recommend - Glendi our tour guide was AMAZING. She did very well transitioning from English to Spanish and her knowledge of the history is impeccable. When they say this is a FULL DAY tour it is just that. The arrival time at the meeting point was 07:45 (make sure you check your messages in the Trip Advisor app) the time on the app says 07:00 but I received a message saying to meet at 07:45. We didn't get back to our meeting point until 21:00. Chichen Itza was a marvel to see. I highly recommend you bring a hat or umbrella because it gets hot. My complaint at this location is the dismount upon arrival was a bit disorganized and the tour guides should have a flag or umbrella that distinguishes their location. This is a very touristy location so be prepared to see lots of people and vendors lined up upon arrival and while walking the grounds. The buffet location was okay. Thus far the food in the Yucatan isn't my favorite but that's just me. I feel like this is a tourist trap. I say that because tips are encouraged but the waiters and dancers are really pushy about the tips. It takes away from the experience in my opinion. The gift shop items are beautiful but pricey. I appreciated the demonstration of how the paste is made for the cochinita pibil, the woman making tortillas (5,000 per day between 2 ladies), and the ceremony with the shaman. The cenote was stunning. I liked that we were the last group of the day so it wasn't crowded. The establishment requires that life vests be worn regardless if you are swimming or just taking pics. The bathrooms and changing rooms were nice and clean. We visited the two other towns which were 30-minute stops and I felt it was enough to see what needed to be seen. I highly recommend this tour. It is worth the money and the long day.

well chosen stops and lots to see - the tour was very nice, our guide hector knew a lot and was very talkative, friendly and nice. the stops were very well picked. what i did not like was the lunch stop - the food was mediocre and in the tour description it said that there were vegetarian and vegan options but they were quite bland and more like garnishes. there were people dancing in mayan costumes and it seemed very staged and touristic and not authentic.

False advertising with the CENOTE - The tour guide took us to the WRONG Cenote. They took us to chichikan cenote. Your tour itinerary states you go to cenote ik kil. We booked this tour as we had wanted to go to this specific cenote as well as Chichen itza. After questioning the guide on the day, apparently the trip from Merida never goes to that cenote. Had we known this we would not have booked, the trip is falsely advertised. Please Refund 50% of my money
