Good value for the price - From start to finish you felt the tour guide was set up for success. You do get handed off to a local tour guide in Chichen but he will be able to get yoyr tickets at the same price without the line. Please note this place is crowded and can take up to 1 hour for tickets if you show up alone. Only down side was cenote was switched up last second on us and we were not told, as the listing had a diffrent cenote listed.

Amazing experience! - The most memorable part of the tour was the visit to the cenote. It was an amazing experience to swim there. Its structure is breathtaking and it’s a unique experience that can only be had here in the Yucatán peninsula.

Great tour with AMAZING cenote - Excellent tour of Chichen Itza and Izamal. We had a choice between two different cenotes. We chose Ik Kil, which was AMAZING and so much fun!

Worth the money and day!! - We really enjoyed the three stops especially the Cenote. The buffet was very delicious. And our guide was excellent. We also liked the town of izamal. The tour lasts 11 hours. The tour price does not include tickets to Chichen Itza or the Cenote. Figure in$60 more per person.

Nice tour but the food was not the best - The tour was good, our tour guide was very nice and gave us a great explanation of Chichen Itzá. The food at the buffet was not great, not a lot of options and when we arrived apparently they were running out of food.

Just ok - better to rent a car if you’re in a group - First the pros - the driver/guide arrived on time, is polite and friendly, the bus is clean and cool, and you get free water. The cenote we went to was very professional and clean, with lockers, nice bathrooms, lifeguards and English speaking staff. Also, it’s a long drive so this is good value for money if you are traveling solo (vs an Uber or car rental). The cons - like a lot of these types of tours, there’s a lot of wasted time and the whole thing feels padded out. You make a 1.5hr stop in Ithzmar, which is a crappy town with some Mayan ruins (on your way to see a preserved Mayan temple) so that you don’t actually get to Chichen until around 1pm, when it’s extremely crowded and hot. Wilberth our guide did give a commentary, but he switches between English and Spanish, making it hard to understand, and the content is basic. You’re not left with a lot of time to explore. I don’t understand why we didn’t go straight to Chichen and get there before the crowds. Finally, the tour ends with the “free lunch” (at 4pm). Again, this is just a marketing gimmick. The restaurant is a very mediocre roadside restaurant with a tepid “buffet” of rice, spaghetti and various meats in oily sauce. The regular cost is M$220 (USD7). The cenote we went to had much nicer food options so they clearly only chose this restaurant as they (presumably) get a kickback rather than for quality. Ultimately, I think you could replicate this much better and cheaper by renting a car and leaving early, especially if you are two people or more.
