you did not gaved the tour terrible day and experiece. cero profesionality fron you. i expect a compensation - They never pick us up
they send the confirm tickets one day before and nobody shows the day after
with out telling us nothing
we aer very upset because we lost many hours traing to contact you
and the local office told that it was canceled that wasnt true
its not only the refund that we ask is another compensation for the terrible service from you
