Fantastic Service - Fantastic and reliable service from Americo car service for our airport transfers between Naples and Sorrento. Excellent communication with this company who were very responsive to our messages. Our drivers were excellent, very prompt and helpful with our luggage. Our driver Marcella was superb, we felt very safe travelling with her and she shared great information about the local area. Pricing was competitive with other local companies. I would highly recommend.

Great ride to Napoli Centrale from Sorrento - We received great service from Americo Car Service (booked via GetYourGuide). After a hiccup with the original driver (traffic), they sent Katia to pick us up and get us to the Naples train station. We knew the traffic between Sorrento and Naples was a huge variable, so we gave ourselves extra time in our plan just in case. When the pick up time came, we messaged the we messaged the company through GetYourGuide to verify if the driver would still be able to make it. We didn't mind a little tardiness but wanted to make sure we made necessary adjustments otherwise. After nit receiving a response, we brought it up to the hotel reception (Grand Hotel Royal ... amazing btw). They were familiar with the company and called directly to them. Americo Car Service then quickly acted and sent another driver. Katia was so pleasant. She promptly arrived, got us to the station quickly and safely, and provided great advice. She was amazing. Other than the initial difficulty in communication, everything was great with the service, especially Katia. My advice to travelers would be would be to communicate directly with them by phone instead of one of through GetYourGuide for urgent updates. This would also be my feedback to Americo Car Service - be sure to check in to the apps for communications from clients, especially if there is a possibility that the scheduled pickup time can be affected.
