Amazing Mera Peak Experience - I have done a lot of trekking adventures to the Himalayas in Nepal, but I was always curious about how it would feel to climb an alpine peak. I did some research on what was the recommended expedition in Nepal for beginners, then I came across the Mera Peak Climbing which is apparently the ‘highest trekking peak of Nepal’. I was looking for a an immersive journey not just a scaling game on the alpine slope but an actual experience that felt like real mountaineering. Superb experience! Will be booking another trip in the future with this company. - I enjoyed my Mera expedition very much as it fully met my expectations. Throughout the whole process Prakash, Team Leader, was absolutely wonderful to work with in organizing the trip. He was always quick to respond to any questions that I had. When I arrived, we met in his office to thoroughly discuss the logistics of the trip, recent weather conditions, etc. During the trip, I found that the lodging was clean, and food was of good quality considering the isolated environment in which were hiking. It is a beautiful area, and the route was never over-crowded. The expedition was well organized and stayed true to the itinerary. My guide, Sonam Sherpa, met me at the airport and throughout the trip he always made me feel safe. Each night he explained the plan for the next day. During the day, he saw to it that I wasn’t overexerting myself and make sure I was hydrating, eating well and resting when I needed to. I appreciated the attention that he gave me as well as his graceful attitude. All this and the acclimatization schedule ensured my success while ascending, summiting and descending. Sonam’s insights into the religion and local culture were an added plus. Without a doubt, one of my best trekking experiences thus far. I would highly recommend Nepal Guide Treks & Expedition for a wonderful climbing experience.

Mt Mera Summit and Everest Base camp with Helicopter transfer between. - I have just completed my Trek in Nepal including: - Mt Mera (6470m) Summit - Base Camp for Mt Everest I am very happy with the overall service provided by the tour organisers. I was after an early slot to the season and this was accommodated by Prakash. The Mera climb was particularly memorable and we have the worlds best photos from there on a perfect day. We also did a helicopter transport from Near Mt Mera to Dinbouche on the Everest Base camp walk to save about a weeks walking. The early season trip meant in the end i was traveling with just my Guide and Porter, but all were both accommodating and professional. They were flexible to add or take out parts of the trip (with no hassle) which I greatly appreciated. The company was good, Sherpas good, no problem with payments. Yes I would absolutely recommend. Well organized, successfully tour to Mera Peak - Excellent organization, they paid attention to every detail. Sherpa Samdu is very experienced, was attentive and flexible with the schedule of the days with regard to the weather conditions. The porter professional and friendly, both of them were good companions during the entire journey for my successful summit.

Unforgettable experience in Mera Peak with Nepal Guide Treks & Expedition - In our second climb travel to Himalaya, we have sucessfully climbed Mera Peak (6475m) thanks to organitzation of Nepal Guide Treks&expedition. Mr. Prakash Devkota (director) and his team, Nang Dorji (excellent guide with a long climbing experience), Sonam and Kiran (strong porters and excellent people) provide us excellent service, best advices and valuable help in all moment. At the first, they advice best route for get a good acclimatization: a beautiful 7 days trekking till Khare (base camp) excellent phisical preparation for climb. Excellent food and rest in all lodges provided while trek; good planification activity/rest; and excellent services and assistance while the climb mountain (2 days) And fast and efficient solution when a member of group had an injury while the descend from the summit. Great experience with a great team. Next time in Nepal, we will repeat. Sure.

Mera Peak trekking 2019: Beautiful landscape with himalaya from Mera Peak - First, I am not a big fan of Trip Advisor usually but the service I received was so good thought I would make an exception. I attempted Mera Peak with my friend using Nepal Guide Treks in October. Before arriving kathmandu, Prakash's communication was great prior to the trekking. Throughout the trip all members of the Nepal guide Treks team were extremely helpful and friendly. We were kept informed of plans and next day what to do and what to do not. We had an awesome trek with epic terrain and snow at Mera peak. We think Mera peak is difficult what we first imagine but not quite hard what after we did it successful to reach top at Mera. Thanks to having excellent guide Sona and porter also help us. See you next time Nepal having excellent service from NGT, we will meet another time visit to Nepal.

Mera Peak summit Successfully... - Huge thanks to Prakash and all the team of Nepal Guide Treks having successfully climb in Mera Peak 6454m. Excellent well organized climb and whole trip were FANTASTIC!!! The landscapes were amazing with changing with lot of villages, forest, river and also snowy passes. The guide Sona Temba looked after us well and always made sure we had comfortable trip as much around it. They were experienced, knowledgeable and fun. Another good point is good value for money compare to other trekking agencies. Having a reasonable acclimatization programme so we climbed in Mera peak without any health issue. But having weather was not always the best but our guide was well equiped to deal with snowy condition.
