Exceeded Expectations. - The pools were lovely and the setting beside the river was fantastic. A perfect place for my daughter to relax after her trek up Mt Aconcagua. The facilities, massages and lunch were great. Exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful and peaceful - Beautiful, peaceful , natural beauty. Friendly staff. I highly recommend staying the night there over a day visit. Great healthy food. Big rooms.

Relaxation and sensation for the end of a Mendoza trip. - What a great experience this was. Nice hot springs, mud baths, and enjoy the day just relaxing and exploring the grounds. The lunch buffet was delicious with all sorts of options. The only thing that could have been improved was the description and ride out to the resort. Only reason that was said was that there were questions of what wouñd be needed to bring though i didnt really ask either and the other tours did such a great job of describing the areas as we passed it was almost to quiet on this one. Make sure you have swimsuit and sunscreen enjoy the time there and relax. Be sure to schedule a masage. It was the perfect way to end an adventurous trip to Mendoza.

Spa Heaven - This is beautiful country! The river, the different spas, the ambience were terrific, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We had a nice buffet lunch also that was the best we had in Chile. Overall, just a perfect day in the Andes.

Amazing - The hot springs were amazing a much do activity in Mendoza. The tour operator on the other hand needs work.. there was suppose to be an English translator but there was none. They were suppose to pick us up from the spa at 6pm.. they arrived at 6:20pm with no explanation ..

3 amigos go to the spa - The facilities were beautiful. We enjoyed the mountain views and the flowing river. We wished however that the river was somehow accessible since the majority of the pools were warm/hot and the “cold” one was not really cold. We also wished we could have been able to book other services (we were limited to only a half an hour massage). We loved the lunch buffet! There were a lot of healthy options. Overall we would def go back to enjoy a day of relaxation.

A nice experience and beautiful setting but I’d recommend booking with the spa directly and skipping using Tangol - The spa setting is incredible - it’s so beautiful looking out on the canyons while you’re lounging around in a pool or a sun chair. The lunch was also very nice. We were able to get a 30 minute massage, which was great. Although I wish we could have booked for longer. I found Tangol (the company that organised getting us from Mendoza to the spa) unhelpful. We initially booked for a Saturday, and they messaged us asking if we could swap to another day, which meant trying to reorganise other trips. When I asked if there were other days we could go, they responded “maybe, but it books up quickly”. I also tried to contact them asking how we could pre-book a massage (I saw other reviews complaining they couldn’t get a massage) and they never responded. The bus back had no air conditioning and almost broke down. You can book a spa day directly with the spa, which I would recommend over using Tangol. You’d just need to get yourself to and from the spa (not a big deal, you could book a taxi to pick you up and Uber works in Mendoza).

Poor communication - The spa was great but had very poor communication from the tour operator leading up to and the day of, including them providing the incorrect pickup location. I would suggest booking directly with the hotel to save yourself the communication issues.

Bad business - We could not drive ourselves, found out later they needed to pick us up. They were unable to pick us up at our hotel scheduled the location in city of Mendoza 30 minutes away from where we were staying in wine country! Could not get to there location that early. We called night before talked to one of their reps and they cancelled said fine no problem.was texted the next day saying we had to show up otherwise we’d be charged! Explained we called and was completely rude, said would not credit our credit card. Now I’m fighting the charge!! Not fun, not good business especially since we called!!!
