The journey begins on the international Route N°7, offering a stunning view of the Potrerillos Dam. The next stop is Uspallata, once a pre-Hispanic settlement of the indigenous Huarpe people and now the main village along this mountain route. From here, the southernmost point of the Inca Empire, the journey continues to the villages of Picheuta, Polvaredas, Punta de Vacas, and the former Penitentes ski resort.

Further along the route, travelers will encounter Puente del Inca, a remarkable natural rock formation surrounded by thermal springs, resembling a bridge over the Las Cuevas River. Just a few kilometers away, at an elevation of 2750 meters, is the viewpoint of the Colossus of the Americas. Standing at 6962 meters, it attracts visitors from around the globe eager to reach its summit.

The final destination is Las Cuevas village, situated at 3200 meters, where lunch will be served and visitors can explore one of the country’s authentic villages.
