Great day - Picked up at the hotel by Darnell, travelled in comfort and luxury to Tupelo. Darnell was an excellent guide taking us to all the attractions including the hardware store, the diner, school, etc. He was attentive, knowledgable and a great raconteur. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tupelo, it’s a lovely place and very tastefully maintained. Special mention to our guide for day Darnell Johnson, you made our first trip to Memphis special

A Visit To The King's Humble Beginnings - Our tour operator/guide Darnell was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, kind and very funny. I enjoyed going to Johnnie's Drive -In (diner where Elvis frequently enjoyed a doughburger and a RC Cola). It was nice to visit the hardware store in Tupelo where Elvis's mother bought his first guitar. The owner's son currently operates the store. I love visiting the 2-room house in which Elvis was born and lived in until his family moved to Memphis. I enjoyed sitting through a "church service" and the church he attended and influenced him in the area of gospel music.

Best trip ever! - Darnell was AWESOME!!! He made our trip so much fun! He went over and beyond to make it a great over all experience. He let us take our time at each stop. He’s the best!!

Join darnell for a great elvis day out - You have to book this tour of tupelo, Darnell is a great host who will take you to see, Elvis's birthplace, Childhoood church, First school Inside the hardware store where he bought his first guitar, Elvis statue at tupelo fairgrounds Dinner at johnnies diner and a chance to sit in elvis's favourite booth for a burger, and a side of graceland you probably wont see on any other tour but i'll leave that as a surprise, at every stop darnell will leave you to take as much time as you want with no rush whatsoever. If you are going to memphis to see the elvis sights then this tour is simply essential to the experience, im so glad i did it and you will be too. Darnell is cetainly " takin care of business"

Cool! - This was a fun tour! It was a very small group, which was really nice. Darnell was very conversational and made sure we got to see lots of good Elvis history- I think he might know all of Tupelo and Memphis! Honestly, this was better than Graceland.

Tupelo, MS - fun day trip with Reliable Transportation - I've wanted to visit Tupelo for so many years, finally made it to Memphis for the Graceland experience and booked Reliable Transportation to see Elvis Presley's birthplace. A bit of confusion about which hotel to pick up from, but as soon as I got in touch with them that morning, they got us on the way for a fun day. Darnell is great - makes the trip fun, lots of Elvis music on the way and great conversation about Memphis, Tupelo and the surrounding area. He made extra stops for photo opportunities at our request and genuinely cares about his customers. He loved hearing our Elvis stories and I feel like I made a new friend - will definitely contact him for my next trip to Memphis/Tupelo!

A very Disappointing Delivery of a trip. - Unfortunately I cannot recommend this at all. communication was extremely poor, pickup over 3hrs 20 mins after agreed time from our Hotel lobby! pickup car was approx. 25 yrs old, and in extremely poor condition, smashed windshield and no rear view mirror, dented up. I had to phone and pursue to get the trip delivered on the day, very stressful. was never called at all, and Viator help and myself could not reach Mr Darnell, despite phoning his mobile number. Then when he finally responded via text He asked me to phone him! and kept changing the pickup time. This went on for over 3 Hours. We didn't dare leave our Hotel Lobby, so we didn't lose our Money on a no show, and when he eventually did get to Memphis to pick us up, he even then went to the wrong Hotel!!, then on route we had to stop to get fuel in the car and for him to get a coffee. We was dropped off at Elvis birthplace visitor centre car park, and it was self guided. not a luxury trip and guide as advertised. Due to our very late arrival and delay, the hardware store was closed. We ended up with 1.5 hrs in Tupelo and then returned to Memphis. Darnell Johnson is a likeable character, but the delivery was very poor indeed, not worth the money and no customer care of the failing at all. It meant we missed planned activities upon our return to Memphis. The night before Mr Darnell had messaged and tried to move the day of the trip to the following day, despite it being confirmed by Viator and paid, but we were due to fly back home. I firmly believe that he carried out another activity on the morning. He made an excuse about his driver staying over in Nashville, but I think he is the only person running the Business, as he is always named or pictured in the reviews, and the Tel number is his personal mobile ( not an office number). It was a very disappointing end to our Holiday, that caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. I'm glad my wife got to see it, but the experience was very low budget, lacking any professional delivery and not worth half of what it cost, let alone the stress and anxiety it caused on the day.
