Amazing Time in Port Vila - We had a great time with our tour guide/driver, Julienne. We started by visiting the Tanna Coffee followed by the (Gaston) Chocolate factory. Julienne pointed a few establishments and provided us a brief history lesson along the way. After the chocolate factory, we went to the Port Vila Handicraft and the Farmer's market, where we bought some souvenirs, and tried their local fruit (Naus) and the Vanuatu national dish (Laplap). We finished our trip with a visit to the 83 islands distillery were we had an amazing rum tasting with our bartender. March is not a busy time in Vanuatu so we had a personalized assistance from our bartender. He let me try the Lost Times Rum, this is one of the rum that were manufactured during the huge earthquake (7.3) in Port Vila.

Interesting and informative. Loved the Rum - Our guide, Chris was fantastic. Entertaining and informative. I loved the distillery, coffee and chocolate. My wife loved the market and chocolate I would recommend this tour, especially if you have limited time. We were picked up at 8:30, back to our hotel 11:45. Had a great time

AUD cost too much - Apart from late pick up, (more communication would be better from tour operator), the tour was good, not worth paying the amount online, would be cheaper booking with local guides, or bus transport.

Good tour - Carl was a really good guide. Very informative, nothing was too much trouble. I lived the information about Vanuatu and seeing many of the significant buildings. The chocolate factory, the brewery and the coffee factory were all very interesting

Distillery, Chocolate and Coffee - Enjoyable tour. We started at Aelan chocolate with plentiful sampling of all the different chocolates. Next stop was 85 Islands Distillery where the tastings were very generous and the hostess had a wealth of knowledge. After that we stopped at Tanna coffee - I could have missed this part of the tour happily as the time it took to travel there and back was long and we saw nothing about the production of the coffee. Just disinterested staff who charged for a cup of coffee. Back to the last stop for us which was the markets.

Port Vila's Finest - Logistical issues meant that the tour itinerary was juggled a bit. Tours were back on track after about an hour. A most informative and interesting insight into Port Vila and surrounds. Highlight was the distillery tour and generous tastings. Mid morning was a bit early but it must have been 5 p.m. somewhere! Guides and venue hosts were very friendly and inclusive. Our driver was a wealth of information. Certainly worth the effort.

Great tour to get to know Vanuatu and their local products - Great tour to explore the city of Port Vila, enjoy locally crafted products and do some shopping. We went to the 83 Islands Distillery, Aelan chocolate, Tanna coffee and two markets with handcrafted things and souvenirs. (Skipped the Duty Free stop as we didn‘t need anything and were there before). You‘ll get a tasting at 83 Islands Distillery, can try all the different chocolate at Aelan and will see the production of Tanna coffee - they also have a cute little cafe were you can enjoy their coffee and some snacks. It was a great day, our guide was very knowledgable, shared interesting stories and facts about Vanuatu and showed us all important spots and buildings in Port Vila. As we were the only two people on the tour, we got the chance to ask a lot of questions, which was really great. This was our 2nd tour with Yumi Tours and we can highly recommend them! :)
