The one complaint I have is that there is no transportation to the Phillip Island Nature 3 Parks Pass attraction. So unless you have a international license and rent a car, it is nearly impossible to go even working through the information center. One of the best attractions for your money is the hop-on/hop-off bus because it brings you around the city and to all the attractions you get admissions to with your pass. Note you are not able to every attraction on your pass so pick the the activities that are the most important first.

This was a fantastic way to see... -
This was a fantastic way to see Melbourne's highlights. It was great value for money-we saved over $100 each by buying a 3 day pass. We visited a variety of attractions including the zoo, aquarium, Chill Bar, Eureka Tower and Captain Cook's cottage. We also went on a half day city bus tour and a boat trip down the Yarra River. The bus and boat trips helped us identify other areas we wanted to see.We didn't have to queue to get into events as our tickets were prepaid.I would definitely recommend the sightseeing and attraction pass.

I don't think these would be good value for 2 days, so the special of pay for 2, get 3 days was fantastic. Make sure you plan your trip accordingly to maximise the value. We were able to pick the pass up easily and there were no problems aside from a minor issue which was quickly resolved with a phone call to viator.

It was very convenience as every time me and my family went to the attractions we don't have to queue to purchase the tickets! We just need to go to the entrance queue every time. The support service was extremely nice. I got many tips from the crew during taking the pass card at the Melbourne Service Center. The gentlemen that served me, he was very informative, helpful and well polite! The tips that was given might be more useful than what I had find in Internet. All the attractions that we have visited were within or beyond our expectations.

I purchased tour tickets for three... -
I purchased tour tickets for three adults on the premise that I could use them on Christmas Day. I verified that three attractions of interest were open that day. The website did not imply that there would be no Hop-on Hop-off service that day. Unfortunately, I failed to validate the tickets before Christmas Day - my fault. Since the Office at Federation Square was closed, we were out of luck. We took the free tram service to the nearest Hop-on Hop-off stop, which was supposed to be operating, however, none showed up at the scheduled times. It was a beastly hot day to be walking around Melbourne looking for a bus. We wound up going to the SkyDeck and Aquarium on our own dime.
Fortunately, Viator gave us a full refund, much to your credit, so I consider everything square, and Viator is an honorable business.

My partner and I travelled to Melbourne... -
My partner and I travelled to Melbourne last week for the first time, and decided to purchase this sightseeing and attraction pass as we thought it would have been the best way to experience Melbourne and enjoy our holiday. However, we were wrong and utterly disappointed with this pass and in Viator.
We encountered problems with the pass right from the beginning. Nobody at any of the attractions we went to have seen or even heard of the pass we had purchased. They refused to let us in. At every attraction, they asked where our proper tickets were. We had printed out the tickets that were e-mailed to us, and on the tickets it clearly stated that they were our passes to get into the attractions. We were directed to go to many travel agents to exchange these paper tickets for real tickets and we wasted so much time walking around for nothing, as the travel agents had nothing to do with the pass we had purchased.
Due to this lack of organisation between Viator and the attractions, we only visited 4 attractions and did not get the most out of our pass, despite paying 220 for it. We are extremely, extremely disappointed.
And a few of the attractions had been closed down already! But Viator has failed to update their attraction list. This is false advertisement. It is not right to present a list of 35 attractions when not all of the attractions are available to pass holders.
I sincerely hope Viator takes this complaint seriously and make efforts to target these problems so that future visitors do not encounter the same problems as we did.
