Family Trip To Mt Buller - Family trip with 2 young kids… We are lucky to have Driver - Johnny. He is very helpful and friendly throughout the trip. Always on time and at the end of trip, when we are back in Mel city drop off point as it raining he offer to send us back to our hotel location. We are thankful for his kind thought. Will join his other tour again.

Gorgeous Mt Buller trip with the driver Johnny - I went 2 ski trips to Mt Buller with the driver Johnny, the journey is gorgeous. The driver is always on time with a friendly, responsible, caring and responsive manner to the customer, he would help you with any issues regarding the trip, I've kept his contact, would recommend to my friends.

Clearness - Bus wasnt clean looks like wasn't clean for than three four day.it doesn't match Australian standard for tourist Rest everything is average

Price for transport ONLY - Snow has mostly melted except for the ski slope which I believe is machine generated. The price is just for the 4-hour transport to and fro Mount Buller. Everything else is at your own cost. The driver is alright but I wasn't expecting 2 additional drop-offs before we return to CBD area. The return trip took 5 hours due to this. It was pretty exhausting.

Disgusting! - Climb into a dark, cold bus at 5.30 in the morning - wedge ourselves into seats made for children - knees crushed into the seat in front - can't even see to put the seat belt on - legs soon numb with cold and complaints to the driver do not improve the situation at all (ie. the bus designated to take us on a four hour trip to the frigid Victorian highlands, in late winter, has a busted heater - nobody told us we needed to wear our ski gear IN the bus!!) - whilst the bus's suspension handles city roads OK (would be good as an airport shuttle bus) it is a banger on country roads. We travelled to Melbourne, from Adelaide, especially for a trip to the ski fields - we went to bed extra early the night before (waste of a night on holiday) and spent most of another day of our holiday cramped and bone cold - thankyou very much Viator! We are definitely going to be telling our friends all about this experience and maybe Victoria's tourism bureau too.
