Wonderful winter holiday - It was a really refreshing day… so much fun with the tobogan… will be back again! No natural snow the time we went there but luckily they have snow cannon so we still can enjoy playing with ice. Great experience

Fun. Cute platypus plush. - Craig was really nice and friendly, loved Barry tbh. Very fluffy. Wished he appeared more but everything's good. Craig is a really friendly tour guide, 10/10 would love to meet him again (and Barry too)

Great tour to lake mountain, steavenson water fall and Yarra Valley Chocolate factory, with excellent tour guides LK and Jordan - Our tour guides on Tuesday 25th july LK and Jordan were fantastic, Lk was such a character made the trip entertaining, (even his singing was great) played great music , they both gave some good information along the way. Made sure everyone was okay on the bus . Unfortunately no snow falling at Lake Mountain but was still okay . The Bakery stop on the way was nice and refreshing . The Steavenson waterfall was amazing. The Yarra Valley Chocolate factory was a nice way to finish the day off.
Overall I couldn't ask for better tour guides , they made the day perfect .

Enjoyable day at Lake Mountain - Overall the trip is quite good. My kid had fun at Lake Mountain. Joe, our driver has been a knowledgeable and helpful guy. He shared about history of the interest places, and very patiently waiting for everyone on board each time.l before we depart to another destination.

A fun and great day for my Family😍 - We enjoyed the tour esp the snow in Lake mountain although there no much snow but my kids had a great time. We also like our visits to Yarra chocolate Valley😊

Enjoyed - The hallmark of the trip was the driver/guide. Pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. A good trip of bakery, waterfall, mountain resort and chocolate factory.

Good for kids - The tour itself was ok. Lake mountain only had the artificial snow going on so the area where it has snow is limited. Still enough for my kid to have fun so thats that. The Chocolaterie was nice and we enjoyed the ice cream there. The best part of the tour was our guide Chris. He was really friendly and funny!

Not the best trip if you are not a kid and/or it’s not snowing - When it’s not snowing, the place is nice only for kids. The fake snow area and slide are very small. Unfortunately it was not snowing and there was not too much to do.
