Nice place for relax and new experience - Nice place to visit to experience the haham. Relaxation, joy and new feelings during the process. Teams knows how to please the guests. Overall, being in the Turkey, you should not forget the specifics and the culture of the country, but also never forget that all around are human beings and should not be treated as a lower being than yourself. be nice to people and same you will get back. Never forget to negotiate in Turkey for all services:)

Very loud, didn't do a full massage, rude staff. - Very disappointing. Felt like I was in a market. The common places was packed with people and staff, who were loud always on the phones and talking with each other or trying to talk to you while you are supposed to relax. We paid more to get choices of massages and masks but did not get any. Further more they only massaged one leg and said they have no more time. It was actually more stressful then relaxing. Then we didn't want to take the buss service back, because we wanted to go to Antalya. The staff said that the buss will take us to the bus stop, and still took us to a hotel. The lady at the reception was also very rude and condescending. When we said they only massaged one leg promised us shell call with an offer to make up for it and never did. Would not recommend, specially if you speak english.

Avoid. - As most previous reviews, hurried service, same script with trying to upsell. Left feeling tense and angry. Would not recommend

i dont like this spa - This is the bad spa I ever go, because the people there were stingy and all they did while we were there was treat us badly. Only Russian was spoken there and only the people who spoke Russian were treated like that. Very few spoke little English. The massages there were not responsible and we had to pay more than the initial price.

Horrible experience, never again - The place was not taking care of at all, its like you go to a public bath, you are pushed from a room to another by random guys that they dont look like staff reprezentative, when i say pushed i say physically pushed. The bath, idk may is part of the experince, but for sure a bad one, when he does the scrub he keeps going hard and slaps your skin alot. The massage is interupted by a sales pitch in wich it tells you how you need to have some special medical massage becouse you have some sour muscle. I went there to get relaxed but for sure i didnt get that. The place looks not well maintained (not maintained at all) the sofas are broken the smell unberable and not only it cost way too much, honestly i wouldnt go there for free...

Overpriced massage with aggressive sales pitch - Mediocre overpriced massage and terrible service. The aggressive sales pitch when you are in the middle of your massage is unacceptable. They interrupt your massage with sales pitch , strange people coming to your massage room, when you lay there half naked under the towel, and you listen for 10 minutes about how you need more massages at extra money. Masage itself no matter what you choose is the same. I was with a group of friends with similar experiences. It is done to get you through the line quickly as you did not buy their most expensive package. Most disappointing sad tourist trap.

Avoid! - Avoid. We were sold this by our tour advisor, Tez Tour, as she must be getting some kickback from this place, because if it wasn’t for her recommendation we would have read the reviews and not gone. All the negative reviews here are all true. We turned up to reception having paid for hammam, massage and chocolate mask. They tried to upsell “lymphatic” massage for $100 per hour, which we didn’t buy. Then they started the experience. It was too crowded and was like a conveyer belt. All very quick,I.e. sauna 4 minutes only, then quick shower and into hammam for salt peeling and massage. 10 minutes into massage the masseuse left and returned with the sales lady (from Turkmenistan I think)who said that I have lots of health issues and need a lymphatic massage that is done once in 5 years and will cure me for life. It was really awkward, I was there naked on the massage table and tried to push back in a nice possibility way, it took me about 5 minutes to push back and then I could not relax. Then 10 minutes later she walked back again! And said my husband in the other room agreed to continue! I insisted I go and speak to him. Obviously they lied, he didn’t agree and they tried to sell him $200 hour massage. I was pretty pissed off with them by then. Not to mention the chocolate wrap massage- which basically meant you walk out of the building to banana bush that is next to a swimming pool and a cafe. A guy who was on the speaker phone with a large bucket of oil with some coco powder- put some of this mixture on you and then told me to just stand and wait there. At that point standing covered in this liquid nothing to do with chocolate wrap- I thought I was so scammed. It was the most disgusting experience to this day. Shame on you babel palace hammam!!

Very bad experience - Bas service, waitting for bus 1 hour. Really terrible we were hungry and left lunch. I cant recommene this place to anyone!

Avoid the place . - Again, avoid this place . Pick up was on time but once you get there its all rushed. No information given, just led from one thing to the next as fast as possible. The actual Haman scrub was ok but also fast . About 10 minutes into the massasje the guy disappeared and came back with a supervisor to let me know I had serious medical problems and HAD to have a special treatment, there and then . Very forceful. I had to refuse and was pressed for a reason several times . 150 euro !!! Because of this my massasje time went from 20 minutes to under 15 . Getting back to the hotel was chaos too. No communication. Its like " now we have your money , so we don't give a damn ". Just go someplace else .
