The best experience in Medellín - This tour was a beautiful experience. From visiting the market square and trying the typical Colombian fruits to climbing the stairs of the commune. Daniel was the best guide for this adventure. He made the experience complete with all the story he told us and the details he had with us.

Couldn’t be better - We had a terrific day with Juan Carlos. We considered visiting on our own but we would never have appreciated it as much. Juan Carlos offered so much information that helped us better understand and enjoy what we were seeing. He was very accommodating and helpful. Ask for him if you book a tour with Andes!

A Medillín "To-Do" tour! - Awesome excursion, with lots of history and commentary about the infamous city of Medillín. Daniel was our tour guide for the morning. We explored with great detail, Comuna 13. This tour had us hiking stairs, viewing the art by the famous local artists, watching the young Hip-Hoppers earn an honest living, learn the local history, etc. Definitely a great, quick and very informative way to learn the area. We were able to gauge different perspectives of the Barrios from the physical levels and stops at Comuna 13. From there we jumped on the Sky Rail system that launched us up the mountain. Awesome views of the area was the result.

Short concise tour, perfect for a short visit! - Dani is knowledgeable, friendly, and a fun tour guide! If you have planned a short visit to Medellin, this tour has everything you need to have a meaningful experience, you'll be going to the main points without wasting time with unnecessary stops. Dani is patient, and punctual, will wait for you while you enjoy the different viewpoints, take pictures, and help you communicate with vendors in case you can't speak Spanish. We felt safe during the whole tour and felt like we were touring the city with a longtime friend of ours! Highly recommended. Thanks, Dani, and see you hopefully next year!

Tour of the history and the people of Medellin! - Our guide Juan Carlos was awesome! Very knowledgeable and passionate about the city of Medellin, it's history, and the people who live there! My father cannot walk very well and Juan Carlos went above and beyond to make sure my father didn't get over exhausted and always made sure to be there with a helping hand up and down any stairway! We were able to take some great photos and make some lifelong memories! I definitely recommend this company for any of the city tours!

A once in a lifetime experience - Had an absolute blast visiting commune 13. As an artist myself, I have a strong appreciation for the street art which covers almost every inch of the area. Everyone was so friendly and approachable, and my tour guide made me feel safe, and shared tons of knowledge about the area and its history

Wonderful time with our Guide! - We had a wonderful time with our Tour Guide, Felipe. While I could not do the entire waking tour because of an injury, Felipe went out of his way to pivot the tour by driving us around other areas and giving us a lot of the rich history of Colombia. He then took us to a cute park with some restaurants where we all enjoyed some fresh Colombian coffee and Felipe told us more about the country and answered all of our questions. It was a great afternoon and we were thankful to have such a great tour guide!

COMUNA 13 - A MUST SEE - We went on three tour with the Andes Adventures. Juan Carlos took us to comuna 13 and he gave me a great synopsis of Colombia since Uribe. Very knowledgeable and quite interesting. He explained clearly what the government to eliminate the criminals.

Unforgettable Experience: Exploring Pablo Escobar's Legacy and Vibrant Graffiti with an Exceptional Guide - I had an incredible experience on this tour, thanks to my guide Daniel. He was absolutely amazing and spoke fluent English. Our first stop was where Pablo Escobar had his final shoot out, and Daniel provided fascinating insights. We then embarked on the graffiti tour, where Daniel's connections with shop owners and locals made the experience even more enriching. We were fortunate to witness a captivating performance by a local dance group and admire the breathtaking graffiti art. Daniel's extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, city, and country added depth to the tour. When I expressed interest in bringing home the best coffee as a gift for my family, Daniel took me to a local coffee shop. He educated me about the different coffee varieties and even helped me communicate with the shop owners. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. I would definitely choose to go on more tours with Daniel and this company, and I highly recommend them to others.

Unforgettable experience, best of Medallo - We took several tours with The Andes Adventure Travels, all private just for us and they were all amazing, Colombia and Medellin really blew our minds, all the guides we had on our tours were incredible, Esteban, Juan Carlos and Daniel, so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate, and great English which is amazingly rare to find in all of Colombia; every tour felt like we were with an old friend just showing off his beautiful country. We visited a beautiful family coffee farm just outside of Medellin, we didn’t want to spend a whole day driving in a car and on a tour since we had such a short time and wanted to experience everything MEDELLIN had to offer, so this was just perfect, we learned so much about the intricate process behind a cup of coffee, experience every stage, we picked coffee beans, brewed are own coffee, we completely enjoyed every second of it, totally worth every penny and completely recommended!
