Visit to the Melcocho River - The landscapes are incredible! Daniel's guidance and support is excellent, and even more so his attention and care for us.

Amazing hiking tour through the valle de las cascadas - I did the hiking tour to the “valle de las cascadas” ( waterfall valley ) with Daniel, an excellent guide. Daniel picked me up in the morning with his motorbike which was part of the fun ! He drives very safely , stops whenever you want for coffee or anything else. The hike led us through an amazing landscape , along rivers , through valleys , enjoying the view of many waterfalls,up and down, mostly in the shade , stopping for refreshing dips at “charcos” ( ponds) and rivers and finally getting us to the amazing waterfall Esmeralda . There we swam , enjoying the falls and had a great “fiambre” ( delicious picnic lunch ) which Daniel had prepared ( besides fruit) . I enjoyed this day very much! Muchísimas gracias Daniel !

Phenomenal Tour Guide Experience. LOVED IT - It was great, me and my girlfriend booked this tour guide and I felt like I had a personal driver who not only took us anywhere we wanted but made sure we were okay with everything we did, he wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t shy, he wasn’t bad at all! He gave us everything we needed even when we didn’t need it. From supplies to food to comfort, we met his family and where the business resided and it felt like I was being brought in. I loved every minute of this adventure. Anytime that I go back to Colombia I will do book with this guy again. What a wonderful experience for the short period of time. We loved him so much we even paid for his to do some activities with us. You won’t regret it.

Amazing nature day trip! - Danny was an amazing guide! This was an amazing full day trip and more geared towards active and nature-loving groups! The views and towns you get to visit along the route to and from the river are amazing and Danny makes sure you are well-fed and entertained along the way! The river swim was perfect and refreshing on a hot day. The day was timed out perfectly and it was an amazing escape from the hustle and bustle of Medellin, just a couple of hours outside of the city! We really enjoyed the mix of nature and culture. The guides were really friendly and outgoing which was just a cherry on top.

Best tour - This was an amazing tour! Daniel was an awesome guide. He took us to really cool spots along the Melcocho river and nearby towns. Lots of sightseeing too. The food that he and his family cooked for us was delicious. He really went above and beyond I couldn't recommend this tour enough. 11/10

An absolute must! Unforgettable tour w/ a wonderful tour guide - Daniel is an incredible tour guide and our experience truly exceeded expectations! Everything about the tour was perfect, from the hikes we did to the food provided to all the little surprises and facts Daniel shared along the way. Daniel doesn't speak English—his wife, who came with us (along w/ their adorable 2-year-old adventuresome daughter) knows a little bit, which was helpful—but, if you have some conventional skills, you'll be more than fine. A truly special experience and tour! Could not recommend more.

Absolutely Worth If - Had a fantastic time! The views were absolutely amazing and the tour guides were very knowledgeable about the different plants and animals in the area.

The tour was absolutely... - The tour was absolutely amazing! I feel like we got an exclusive tour to all of the best swimming spots and waterfalls along the river. It was also so cool to hear more about the history and local wildlife.
