Upon reaching Palmitas, a picturesque village just a 45-minute drive from Medellin, we’ll proceed to a local farm for an in-depth look at how coffee beans are grown. Accompanied by your tour guide and a local farmer, you’ll gain insight into the cultivation cycle, from meticulously picking and choosing the top-quality beans. There will be an opportunity to sample and purchase handfuls of roasted coffee straight from the local farmer. We also arrange for a traditional lunch, prepared using locally-sourced ingredients, to await you upon your arrival at the coffee farm. Post-lunch, embark on an exhilarating horse ride around the coffee farm, soaking in breathtaking views of the rural landscape for a few hours.
