A wonderful and safe way to party! - Juan or guide was fantastic! We met at Masaya and visited 4 places. We played games and had some free drinks as well as could purchase alcohol. I was the oldest in the group and never felt out of place. I even got invited out after with the 20 year olds. I declined, but it was nice. Again, Juan was great and I would definitely recommend this tour.

Disappointed - Very disappointed, I was looking forward to know more about the night life in Medellin. I tried contacting our guide 3 hours before our tour but she wasn't responsive. About 40 minutes before my tour she sent me a message letting know she didn't have anough people therefore she canceled the tour, that I was welcome to take the tour the following day when she had more people. Unfortunately I already had other tours set up early in the mornings for the rest of my stay, so I couldn't change the date of this tour. We ended up going to El Jardin Pueblo, took a Chiva and had a blast, it was a lot cheaper than this tour and we had a blast. Learned a lot about the night life and where to have a good time in Medellin.

For the love of god DO NOT GO ON THIS TOUR! - This was the worst bar crawl and experience I’ve had in Colombia. List of red flags 🚩🚩🚩🚩 1. I booked and paid, but they didn’t actually have a crawl the date I booked and paid for so they moved me/ 2. They sent a long message about how formal and strict the dress code is. 3. I arrive after waiting 2 days to a hostel and everyone is in tshirt and shorts while I’m in heels and a dress. 4. The tour guides (if you could even call them that) can’t get anyone’s attention or anyone to follow them. We leave for the club 30 minutes late. 5. The tour guide says it’s a 10-15 minute walk and proceeds to walk as fast as humanly possible losing half the group. 6. We finally make it to the club after literally hiking and it’s the same old clubs you can go to yourself with a ‘free drink’ that is an actual sip. 7. As soon as we get inside this dead club everyone wants to leave. 8. The guide is trying to convince us to stay saying the place we are going is the next stop. 9. He gets us into the next club because there is a cover and then just disappears. 10. I ended up leaving super dissatisfied and I want my money and time back.

Worse company, not to be trusted. - Absolutely the worse company. I booked it for 3 people and they told me, they didnt have enough people for the tour, if we can put it for next day or they will refund me the money. I said sure we can do it the next day, same story next day, I asked for refund, and they said they will and followed up few times and still no refund.

TLDR: most unprofessional... - TLDR: most unprofessional and worst pub crawl experience. I've done a lot of pub crawls over Europe, Asia, Americas and this has got to be the worst one. Beginning to end this pub crawl had major red flags. Buyer beware. First, the tour did not send any confirmation until the day of in the afternoon. Then the tour changed the time from 8p to 9p during the afternoon of so that we can "enjoy dinner." Fine no big deal. We meet at the first rooftop which was fine but had two drinks and moved to the next bar. We get to the 2nd place at 10p and was shocked to find that its a fairly empty lobby of a hostel. We wait around for our host to catch up with us which is like 20 minutes in just sitting around. When she finally arrives. She immediately grabs a group of people who she promised some food and then go get sushi. What? I thought we moved the time "so people could enjoy dinner?" The group left at the hostel lobby (pic included seems more fun than actually is) is just sitting around for another hour until the other part of the group finishes their dinner--host included eating sushi. If dinner was going to be an option in the tour, that should have been notified in advance. The guide did send a voicemail the day of for something about streetfood but did not reply back when I asked if that means we should eat dinner before or during the tour. For the hostel lobby, the rest of the group was sitting around for 1.5 hours (of the 3-4 time frame advertised). We were given no instructions whether to go to a rooftop or not for the hostel and the guide just left us without telling us what to do in an empty hostel lobby to get dinner with the other half of the group. Surely there must have been a better place than this? Was there no place for food and drinks somewhere else where you didn't have to split the group? At this point 3 people had already left after fuming about the tour in general. It starts pouring rain and the guide wants to move the group to a club. We try getting an uber but we waited another half hour because of the rain. Count. We spent more than hour and a half in the hostel just waiting for something to happen. This is basically half of the total allocated time. We finally make it to the club which is "stop no 3." only to find out that this was the last stop? The club is basically empty which may be due to the rain. Also by then, 6 people already left the tour. To make matter worse, i found out that everyone paid different prices and that viator was the most expensive by like a good 15-20 bucks. If the the tour was interrupted because of rain, it should either have been cancelled or there should have been a plan thought out. As listed in the viator cancellation policy: "This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund." In addition, the tour was double the size of the advertised maximum capacity of 10 people. At the third bar, again the last count was 3 people (including myself) left before even midnight because we couldn't stand it anymore with the poor quality of the tour. By the time I left, I counted around 6-8 of us have left in total before midnight. It seems like a lot of that could have been prevented with better planning. I understand rain makes it difficult, but then why was the tour not cancelled instead? The forecast was accurate it seems. If it's also supposed to rain a bit in Medellin usually, why was there no plan and everything was done on the spot? If done on the spot, why split the group and leave more than half of the group stranded without instructions? I specifically picked a hotel by Lleras specifically because of this tour and I cannot tell you how extremely disappointing and a waste of time it felt. This night was supposedly a highlight but ended up being the most boring and scattered experience I have been in a bar crawl, with or without the rain. It was a shame considering the limited amount of time we all have in the city for the holidays.

My disapointed rooftop trip with wayacan experience - Very disapointed. I never saw no one of the organization wayacan experience. The place was nice, but the organization very bad. First the meeting point was rooftop bar panorama, at 20.00 a clock. They change it to masaya rooftop bar at 21.00 a clock. I was there with my wife at 20.10 a clock. From that time untill 23.00 a clock I haven't see no member of the wayacan experience. I talked some body that in my aspect was liing to me. I inform him that I was very disapointed and that I will put my complain at tripadvisor. This person doesin't give a them and never answer me. Very bad. I don't recommend this to nobody. My first day of the year with this bad experiece, waw!!!
