Lack of transparency in price/performance - We booked a special private tour "Pablo Escobar", in which we added the option of visiting the museum. This option included transportation and accompaniment to the museum. However, once we arrived at the museum, our guide (Diego) told us that he would not accompany us inside, as he did not have an entrance ticket. We therefore paid the entrance ticket to the tune of COP 120,000 to the guide, so that he can accompany us. Strangely, after buying the tickets, our guide asked us to leave in front. We then noticed that he was receiving money from the museum box office. At the end of the day, we shared our dissatisfaction with the agency, which unfortunately gave us no explanation for this exchange of money between our guide and the museum. In conclusion, we feel that we have been deceived by this agency..
