- Cavarena Azienda Agricola - In this visit you will be accompanied by the farmer in the field knowledge of the different vine cultivation systems and the implications with climate change: you will understand why it is so important to cultivate the land with respect for biodiversity, and why cultivate the terraces supported by the traditional stone walls stone is the right and most sustainable thing for the environment.
