Helpful staff and very fin - Lovely to get out of town into the hills and see local town, plants, etc. ziplining was great - the guides were good humoured and helpful making sure everything was safe as we clipped and unclippped. The linch was amazing - lovely Mexican food, plenty of it, and no trouble for dairy- free folks. Highly recommended you wear shoes, not sandals.

Fun - It was over an hour from hotel to get to zip spot. You fo 12 zips some were over 300 yards. After ziplining you get feed well and visit some other local vendors for Tequila and leather goods. Be sure to tip your guide and cooks.

Highly recommend any tours by this company! ATV, Kayaking or zip lining! - This was a great tour! About 45 miles from Mazatlan, you pass a Rooster Farm, a Tequila Distillery/Agave farm, La Noira which is one of the oldest mining towns in Sinaloa, and a lake. The tour driver spoke great English as did everyone in the village. The zip line was above a canyon, it zigzagged back and forth, very short walks between lines. Definitely an easy zip line tour as far as hiking, the lines ranged in length, up to 300km long. The lunch was soooooo good! Then we went to the local tequila factory where they make flavored tequilas; almond, chocolate, espresso, hibiscus, and even marijuana.

Well done. Fun. I was in the second group of the day. - Wanted to give 4 1/2 but system wouldn't let me. The first group was large. I was the only one in the second group, but road in with kayakers. Transport was a bit over an hour. Air con was on high, so bring a jacket if that's an issue. Also, if you are in the second group of the day, might want to be sure to eat well before you go, &/or bring snacks. Drinks are readily available. The main waiting area is at a restaurant and you can ask for something, but they want to feed the van groups as a group in general. Could have been a non issue, but as I was solo, the great zipline guys had me go on the 12 lines back to back. They were great and kept checking in on me. After line #9 I was dizzy with symptoms of hypoglycemia. Nothing too dreadful. I took a minute then finished the 12 lines, enjoying it all the way. Except for my break. I asked for a snack on my return, and they graciously complied. I had read reviews to wear athletic shoes..good tip! I was glad. There are funny stairs, rocks and trails between the lines. Zip lining was fun, but the getting to see the rural villages and people was also wonderful.

zipline fun: drive not - The ziplining experience was great. the 2+ hour drive to get there and back wasn't. The driver made like 10 stops to pickup various people before driving to the zipline along a very windey road. Taking a taxi there independently didn't appear to be an optikn. I was quite nauseous.

Great meal, mediocre zipline - I’ve zip lined in Hawaii, Utah, and Costa Rica. Comparatively, this was just okay. The good: The people were very nice and the food was delicious. It was fun to get out of the city and go to a less touristy town of about 200 people. The not-so-good: it’s a drive from the cruise port- about 50 minutes, (but in a very comfortable van with A/C). The equipment was pretty basic and old school, but safe and functional. There was, however, an uncomfortable about of duct tape over the ends of the cable, whose stoppers seemed to consist of a pool noodle covering the cable, and layered in duct tape. My assumption is that the duct tape was really to just hold the cushion stops in place and protect them from wearing down as quickly, and to cover any loose ends that could cause scratching, but it’s hard to be sure. I was also glad that our group was mostly lightweights because it alleviated concerns about how much weight the lines could bear. And since we had to wiggle the handle back and forth to assist in the braking process, I was glad we didn’t bring our 4 year old. The views ride over the tree tops back and forth across a ravine, but there’s not much to see besides tree tops. Overall it was an enjoyable time, a great meal and soda, small leather shop (a few sandals and belts and wallets) and small jewelry shop (I like supporting small family businesses), but my guess is that most of the expense is to cover the gas for the long drive there.

Do NOT do this excursion! - The pictures shown of lush green and relaxing on the line is a false representation. This tour was long, hot, the landscape was dry and arid, super dirty. We left early because it wasn't safe. The lines were too fast and there was not padding on the trees that you could easily slam into. The guy on the end of the line had to basically catch you flying in. They gave you a meal which was nice. The tequila tasting was an experience too, all the bottles were dirty and tasted terrible. The bus ride to and from was hot and LONG almost 90 minutes each way. Very disappointed in this experience.
