• Guests in Tulum you have to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco bongo wich is the closest meeting point only one time apply 09:30 am
• Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by it’s own please get in contact with us so we can provide assistance. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Cocobongo wich is the closest meeting point
• The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation
• If they are odd people, a 10 usd upgrade will be paid for one person because they would use an ATV
