Mayan Adventure for a group of 18 - We recently had the pleasure of having a Mayan Adventure Tour, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we were picked up, IVAN went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with Ivan's exceptional service, made our trip truly memorable. The exciting and awesomeness of these places are unbelievable, and we can’t wait to return to take any other tour on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, family-friendly experience - You cannot find a better guide than Marvin with Mayan Tours! We had a private snorkeling excursion with a family ranging from 7 to 66 years old, with a broad range of mobility and swimming abilities, and the Mayan Adventure retail staff, the setup of the Cenotes, the photographers, the folks who made us lunch- all of them made our time memorable. The Cenotes and Lagoon were beautiful, and more accessible but just as magical as our other favorite location. Marvin treated us as family, swimming one on one with those with less experience, ensuring everyone was having a great time, all while teaching us more about Mayan culture. Every member of our group walked away with an unforgettable experience. I HIGHLY recommend Mayan Adventures- thank you Marvin!!

Cenote and Dolphin Experience with Victor - Great Cenote and Dolphin Experience with Victor. I went with my spouse on this excursion along with with a few other couples from our resort. Victor did a great job picking us up. Personable and friendly. We first participated in the Cenote experience which allowed for us to zipline, cliff jump, and snorkel in an open Cenote. Victor ensured that we were well supervised on the zipline and cliff jump experience and provided all of us with appropriate snorkel equipment. He was kind enough to drive us from one Cenote to another as not to get bitten by mosquitos. The second Cenote was guided by Victor as it was a enclosed cavern. He provided his personal flashlights for everyone to enhance our experience. After he drove us to our next experience for our dolphin interaction. He provided our group with some snacks and water along the way. Our dolphin interaction was nice, the company that hosted the excursion made the interaction brief and photo-shoot based, however it was great to have a dolphin experience. Victor then drove us all back to the resort. Would recommend Aventuras Mayas and Victor as a tour guide. Thanks for great day,

A great intro for children and adults who have never snorkelled. Beautiful cenotes to explore! - Our group consisted of 3 families (12 people total) with children ranging in ages from 5-13. Our tour guide was Ivan. He was amazing! Most of us were either beginner snorkelers or had never done it before. Ivan helped us through every step. When the little kids were unsure he went above and beyond by assisting them with a lifesaver so the adults could enjoy snorkelling. I can't say enough about how amazing and kind he was with our kids.... and the adults who were scared to zipline/jump off the cliff. He gave me words of encouragement to do the zipline that I NEVER would have done. He was knowledgeable and gave a lot of great information about the environment we were in. The tour is great for beginners and children. They provide all the snorkelling gear and give you options to try both kinds of snorkelling gear. You start with a swim in a lagoon which gives you a nice intro and you get a feel on how to snorkel. After that you head to a cenote that has a zipline and cliff jump which you also get to swim and explore around a bit. Then you head to an amazing cave cenote which is a bit scary, but absolutely worth it. Last is a lunch buffet which was OK. Be sure to bring a towel, water shoes and underwater camera or waterproof case for your phone! All in all this was a great tour and we would book with them again... and cross our fingers that Ivan is our guide!

A great way to explore 3 different eco systems. - This tour was so much fun! It was a great way to see a few things in one day. The cave was probably my favorite although it’s hard to pick. Zip lining and cliff diving at the cenote was amazing. The snorkeling was decent it was a little crowded but there was a lot to see. Our guide Joe was fantastic. My mom has Parkinson’s and at the time needed a knee replacement. Joe was great on checking on her making sure she was able to do everything she wanted to do on the tour.

Fun and beautiful excursion - A fun excursion. Jose was an outstanding guide through the day. He made sure everyone felt safe, and was very passionate about each location we snorkeled. The cenote cave is beautiful. A couple of folks were not good swimmers and Jose made sure they enjoyed all of the activities. Recommend highly!

Great time, long day - Shuttle buses are hot and the drive is long. Expect a long day. Our guide, Luis, was fantastic. TIP YOUR GUIDES! We were sad to see families get dropped off end of the day and no money exchanged. He was attentive to everyone. The outdoor cenote with the cliff jumping and ziplining was beautiful, the water was cool and refreshing, their equipment is sanitary and it is fun. The cave Cenote is incredible, such a neat experience, that water is cold! A family with younger girls of which one girl would not do it because the water was too cold for her (she may also have been scared because it is snorkeling in a dark cave with "swallow" birds that look like bats flying around). Keep that in mind if you have kids younger than 10. The reef snorkeling was fun to end the day with although we could have skipped it, we snorkeled in a reef last year at Xel-Ha, this was not much different. Saw a variety of fish. The buffet lunch was good, make your own tacos and salad bar. No dessert was offered. Also, they have photographers at all sites taking photos of you and your family...they will ask you at the end of the last stop if you want to buy a package...I was so hot and tired I could not think about it and said no. I regret that now and have reached out to the travel company to see if I can purchase our pictures online now. They are responding but I don't know if they will be able to get them. They may have already been deleted. BUY THE PHOTOS!

Good trip - The tour was good and guides were friendly, the lunch was also nice. We did zip lining, atv and cenote swim. The swim was nice but it was a small cenote. Pictures are sold per activity at a total cost of 85USD, or 55 per activity, which I found way too expensive.
