I was genuinely impressed when the **owner personally called me** to explain that the excursion I booked was already full due to a booking platform error. Rather than cancel, he asked me to give him a little time. He promised that if things didn’t work out, he would arrange a full refund. Fantastic Day! - We had a wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. They organised this tour for us late the night beforehand as we were on a cruise impacted by a cyclone in the region. Mutasim very kindly held the tour option until the morning to make sure we would actually be docking and making it ashore - fantastic communication. He even organised access to the port so my elderly grandmother didn't have to walk. Our tour south was incredible. Beautiful views and plenty to see. Mutasim was very knowledgeable and flexible with requested stops for shopping, always finding us the very best. He even very kindly bought us a taste of street food as we didn't have local currency - delicious! Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if we are back in Mauritius.

Beyond our Expectations! - Mutasim was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He took us to many wonderful sights. We especially enjoyed the model ship building factory, Black River Gorge National Park and La Vallee des Couleurs Nature Park. We cannot thank Mutasim Mandary enough for such a pleasurable day which included a water stop, local snacks, and help getting another suitcase. We booked this tour late the night before and hit the jackpot!

Highly Recommennded - We did two full day tours of Mauritius with Al Ameen tours. The first was of the south part of the island and the second, the north. Our driver and guide for both was Sharan and he was superb. He spoke excellent English and we learned so much from him, not only about the places we visited, but about life on the island, its history and culture. Nothing was too much trouble and the pace of the tours was unhurried. Highly recommended.
