Your snorkeling trip in West Maui sets off from Kaanapali Beach. Be on the lookout for Hawaiian spinner dolphins, bottle nose dolphins, and during colder months, witness the migration of humpback whales from Alaska to our shores in Maui. The Captain will select the best places to visit based on the day’s sea conditions. Once immersed in the water, expect to see colorful exotic fish, honu (Hawaiian green sea turtles), vibrant reefs, and hopefully, more wild aquatic life. Once we leave our second location, you will be treated to a buffet lunch on the boat and given access to our selection of premium beers, fancy cocktails and other beverages as we casually sail back to Ka’anapali Beach.

- Not recommended for travelers with mobility issues as this vessel loads from the beach.
- Non-swimmers will not be allowed to participate in any in-water activities.

Best thing to do in Maui!!! (It’s our third time!!) - This is THE BEST BOAT on the planet!!! We have done this trip 3 times and never ever disappointed! The crew has been amazing every time and the captain is always professional but friendly and fun.
The vibe is helpful, laid back, and they truly want you to have your best day ever. The snorkeling is phenomenal and it’s the perfect number of hours out and at each spot. We had our four grown kids, their four spouses, and our two year old grandbaby and two more grandbabies under one! Every single person in our party had a blast. We saw dolphins, whales, a few flying fish, turtles, and more fish than we could name. If you do ANYTHING in Maui, do this!!!

Best day!! - Just an amazing experience! The day was packed with beautiful things from start to finish! Wales, turtles, a pristine reef and so many gorgeous fish! The crew was spectacular; fun, helpful and so friendly! Great food, too. I highly recommend this as a highlight of your Maui adventure!

It was a fabulous fun experience for all ages!!? - Our hosts on the boat were the most!! They were extremely helpful, thorough, friendly and skillful. They did everything they could to make sure everyone had a wonderful time! The food, drinks and music were fabulous and plentiful as well! My second time on this excursion and I will definitely come back!

BEST TURTLE, WHALE, & DOLPHIN EXCURSION - This was an all girl excursion and I loved it! These ladies worked their butts off for the guests! This was my third excursion in Maui and I knew it was going to be great when I see the crew. Us women love to explore a little more than others. We seen TURTLES!! The TURTLRS were AMAZING!! We dolphins and whales were beautiful too. Our photographer, Chris, was amazing. He took the best pictures! I highly you do this excursion! It is the best above ALL!!

Great Day with Sea Maui! - Great day with Sea Maui out of Kanapali. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly. The boat wasn't overstuffed with people and we saw a number of whales on the way out to snorkel. There were lots of turtles at our snorkel site too. The breakfast and lunch foods were tasty (and so were the Mai Tai's). A comfortable and fun day for our two families.

Best snorkeling in years of visiting Hawaii! - Though it was a rough and windy day, the captain took us to an incredible spot for snorkeling.
It was a great trip. The crew and staff of this company are amazingly solicitous. Took a trip with them a few days before and I got on the wrong boat (they didn't announce it when boarding). When I realized I was on a whale watching trip, they asked my correct boat to wait and brought be back to shore to switch boats. I was so grateful! On my second trip with them they did make clear which trip they meant when they called for boarding.

Money Well Spent - Excellent snorkeling trip with the family. Staff were energetic and quick with the drinks. Both meals were very good. Snorkel spot was excellent. On the way back a pod of humpback whales decided to make the boat one of their pod. Fantastic morning all around!

Snorkeling/Whale watching - Had a great time with Captain Lainey & crew. Saw tons of fish including sharks, blue tangs, wrasses, sea urchins. Plenty of turtles only a few feet away ! The photographer Christian got us plenty of great photos of us and the various animals. Got to see a 'competition pod' of whales trying to court a female. Truly a special experience. Crew kept us safe and well fed/hydrated. Highly recommend Sea Maui !
