Greatest turtle tour we’ve ever done - we were able to see some of the incredible under world, animals and fish and come 10 feet next to more than four turtles who swam along with us. The guide was so good at taking us where we needed to go and was able to show us everything and more than we expected

The staff is well... - The staff is well prepared and very knowledgeable. It's a pretty easy snorkel. Anyone who can put their head in the water can participate. G was a great guide. Everything about him says Hawaii, Ohana, Aloha and Mahalo!

A great experience with great people - Amazing experience with 5 star service! Our guide went above and beyond what we expected. He knew a lot about the reefs and the Oceans inhabitants. We went out far and got to use some toys we hadn’t tried before. You can’t go wrong booking this!

Absolutely amazing... - Absolutely amazing experience!! Made it very comfortable, made sure we saw a turtle, got to hold a few other marine animals. Can't even express how nice they were. When I come back will definitely be booking with them again!

Great experience! Totally recommend! - This was a great excursion! We had an excellent guide, Ryan, who was very familiar with the way the wind patterns affected the area we were snorkeling in. That helped me feel safe in an unfamiliar situation. I had not been snorkeling before, and he took time at the beginning to show proper usage of the equipment. We had some practice, and I felt confident. During the snorkel, a sea turtle casually swam by really close to my husband! We saw fish and other sea life, and our guide educated us on some really interesting facts about the reef, the island, and the animals. It was a fantastic experience, and I would do it again!

They never showed up - They never picked us up.I paid $80.00 one way to excursion and waited for over 2 hours for them they kept telling us they were on their way but never seen them.

The excursion was very good, but the subsequent management was very disappointing. - I went on a snorkeling trip with this company on March 15th at 10:00 a.m. The activity itself was fantastic: the seascapes were beautiful, the team was very professional, and the experience in the water was excellent. Because of this, I trusted that the entire service would be just as good. Photos were taken during the activity, and we were told they would be sent to us later via email. However, almost a month has passed, and I've made between 5 and 7 complaints through various means (email and WhatsApp) and only received two photos. I've checked my email and spam folder and specifically requested that they be sent to me via WhatsApp to make things easier... and still haven't received a clear response or an effective solution. Communication has been very limited, and at times, nonexistent. I felt that once the service was over, they stopped caring about the customer. It's a real shame, because the experience deserved to be remembered with the promised photos. If you're looking for a company that not only provides a good experience but also a good memory, unfortunately, this isn't the right choice. The lack of commitment and follow-up leaves much to be desired. I hope they improve this aspect, because the activity itself was very good.
