Highlights
- Makuleia Bay Parking Lot - I will call you when I park and we meet at my car where we will fill out waivers, prepare gear, and I will teach you everything you need to know to have fun scuba diving. Then we will put on our gear and go to the water where you will learn more about the equipment before going underwater. We’ll be underwater for about 30-45 minutes and return safely from one of the best experiences of your life.

- Able to carry a minimum of 45lbs for a distance
- After diving you must wait 18 hours to fly or ascend to 1,000 feet+
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level

I’ll inform each group of our dive location on the morning of the dive or sooner.
Unless specifically requested, most of our dives will occur on the west side (Lahaina area) but we also offer dives on the south side near Kihei/Wailea, all the way to La Perouse Bay.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Intro to diving awesomeness - Had a fantastic day with Matt doing some awesome scuba diving with turtles. Amazing fish. That was awesome for first time diving experience highly recommend him.

First timer with nerves, now I’m hooked!!!! - I was nervous, but my husband said I should try and I’m so happy I did. Not gonna lie at first I wasn’t having it, but then I relaxed and Matt was super calm and relaxed which helped ease my nerves. Now I can’t wait to do it again!!! Thanks Matt we will see you again for sure. 😊

Great for first timers - Nice guy, helpful teaching my 17 year old daughter to to scuba safely. Knows great spots. We’d do it again.

Great for a first time - My husband and I are certified but wanted to do something with our daughter. He was great for assisting and providing a basic class and nice dive for a child.

Perfect intro to scuba experience - Wonderful intro to dive experience for my son ( 10 year old boy)- Very chill and safe dive instructor- rest of family ( 2 parents and sister who is 12) is certified, my son was a little nervous about it and not sure if he wanted to do the certification, but after this dive ( we were surrounded by turtles, easy shore entry) he wants to get certified! (Matt will text you the am of and choose a place based on conditions to meet at, just FYI, the exact place is not set in advance but area is)

Decent - Pretty good. The guide sent the paperwork the morning of the dive and we were scrambling to figure out how to sign it electronically. This was pretty stressful. Other than that, the guide was friendly and did a good job.

Worst experience ever - Absolute horrible experience, the company stood me up. I waited for them and they never returned my calls/texts/emails. They ruined a day of my vacation. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL, SAVE YOUR TIME. Viator was of no help getting my money back. Truly bad experience.

West Maui Excursions was a no show. - The guide did not call or show up for this excursion. We waisted a full day of our vacation and never got to go scuba diving. Terrible experience!

Do not book, they do not show up - I was really looking forward to this experience…. But they never showed up. I called several times and neither trip advisor nor I could get a hold of anyone.
