A day to Remember - What an incredible day we had with Captain Emma, and first mate Lexi. They were very professional, and enjoyed sharing information about the culture and our beautiful surroundings. Unlike most tours, you didn’t feel like you were getting a canned dialogue. They eagerly addressed our questions and added Interesting insight. Our trip to Lenai was quick and beautiful. The snorkeling was beyond our expectations. There were more fish than we could’ve imagined and the coral was pristine. Watching hundreds of tropical fish swimming as if they were choreographed is a site I will never forget. On our return trip we were joined by hundreds of dolphins. They surrounded our boat and entertained us for about a half an hour. Once we were back almost to the Lahaina Harbor, we snorkel near the old pineapple dock that is collapsing into the ocean. The underwater structure is providing a base for a “young” coral reef. It was very healthy and beautiful. Lexi dove down and encouraged three sharks to swim out from under a concrete form. I never in my life thought I would be swimming with non-aggressive sharks. It was quite interesting watching them. We also saw turtles and more fish. As a sidenote, we learned from a resident that Emma and her co-owner and wife Chrissy are quite involved in the rebuilding and healing of Lahaina. We are so grateful to them and glad that we were able to enjoy our day provided by such sweet people and a locally owned business.

The Best Snorkel Tour company on Maui! - We had an amazing adventure with Captain Emma & first mate, Allison. Although billed as a snorkel trip, by happenstance we came upon a whale who sauntered up to the boat & put on a dazzling show of splashing around for 30 minutes. I've been on many snorkel tours in Maui over the years, and this, by far, is the best company. First, they take safety super seriously. We had been scheduled the day before, but Captain Chrissy called to tell us it would be too windy. The next day was perfectly calm, so we were very happy to wait a day. Second, they are really helpful to novice snorkelers, having great patience & giving expert advice. Third, they really know the waters & wildlife & took lots of time to educate all of us. I can't recommend Maui Ocean Adventures enough!

Best Day Ever - “Snorkeled off of Lanai and saw lots of fish I hadn’t seen on Maui. Saw dolphins. Boat ride was fun and comfortable. The Banana bread and fruit were delicious.”

What a FUN day!! - Our day out on the water with Maui Ocean Adventures was so much fun! Captain Emma and Allison were the perfect hosts, educating us along the way, with great storytelling and humor, as well as instruction on snorkeling for those of us who needed it. The boat is pristine, and waters were calm that day as we enjoyed "Lake Maui"! Fun snorkeling, including turtles and a special whale "hello" so close up! I highly recommend this company and adventure and will certainly go again on our next trip to HI!!

Best Crew Ever! - Captain Emma and her assistant Allison were an exceptional team leading us on this snorkeling adventure. They made us feel very comfortable and safe by taking the time to assist us with our gear and by encouraging those of us(me) to step out of our comfort zone and trust the awesome experience of snorkeling; we were also given the opportunity to swim in the open very blue ocean without gear; a true gift to experience the ocean freely and safely! I learned so much from Emma; who has a background in environmental science; she is an expert on marine life and shared so much information about whales. We had the trip of a lifetime because we encountered some whales that were not expected; their season was pretty much over and seeing them engage with us was truly a remarkable and exciting highlight of the trip. That whale encounter will never be forgotten. Captain Emma and Allison really created an atmosphere of family with their kindness, their willingness to help, their desire to share fascinating information and stories about their experiences; and their genuine desire to offer us the best time ever! Unexpected whale encounter and excellent snorkeling adventure! - Highly recommend Maui Ocean Adventures. Our captain and crew were exceptional in their complete attention to our comfort, safety and their knowledge of the area and its inhabitants. The boat was spotless, comfortable and perfect for both entering and exiting the water. The level of support covered novice and experienced alike. Very professional, educational and engaging with our group.

Doesn’t Get Better!! - I can’t say enough about what a spectacular adventure this was! Emma and Allison made this strip hassle-free, inviting, smooth and super informative. They were very safe, well-informed, patient and gracious hostesses to me and my family members. They were able to be flexible with the excursion in order to follow some nearby wales which gave us interaction with a whale that was the thrill of a lifetime! We were also allowed to do a deep water plunge which was very refreshing and expanded our experience. I would highly recommend this tour. It will give you a variety of water and snorkeling activities plus you’ll be able to meet two very special and caring women as well!

Snorkeling and Wales watching! - This is my favorite boat and crew I have been on. I have traveled around in different parts of the world to go snorkeling. The sizes of the boat and the crew was amazing! I love that my family and friends had a great time 💓 It also was important to me to support local business woman.
