This is an open ocean activity that takes place in the calm, shallow water of Makena Bay. All guests must be over 6 years old and comfortable swimming in the ocean.

Child monofin sizes 1-4 (Jr 9 -13 when wearing provided neoprene socks inside the foot pockets).

Dive into this unique Mermaid Swimming Session where you’ll get a chance to become a mermaid and journey through the gorgeous underwater world along Maui’s most picturesque coast! Under the guidance of a professional mermaid coach, you’ll enjoy a one-on-one swimming class tailored to your chosen mermaid tail and learn various techniques to enhance your mermaid skills. All lessons are conducted in the tranquil, shallow, and safeguarded Makena Bay waters in South Maui, offering breathtaking coastal views of Haleakala, Molokini, Pu’u O’lai, and the nearby islands!

EXISTING MERMAID TAIL & MONOFIN SIZES:
For kids: tail sizes are 6, 8, and 10.
For adults: tail sizes range from XS, S, M, L, to XL
For kids: monofin sizes cover 1-4 (Junior sizes 9 -13, with neoprene socks included).
For adults: monofin sizes are Men’s US 6 – 11.5 / Women’s: US 4.5 - 10.
Participants should be 6 years and above. *(While choosing the number of participants, the term ‘Adult’ applies to anyone aged between 6-99)
