• Maalaea General Store - Check in at The Historic Maalaea General Store, Built in 1910. It was constructed by the Maui Dry goods and Grocery Company to serve the local fishing community and employees of the Wailuku Sugar Company. The store is the oldest surviving wood-frame building associated with the Japanese fishing community that developed in Maalaea Village.
