- 300 Maalaea Rd - Join us on the Malolo and visit one of two amazing snorkel sites: Molokini Crater or Coral Gardens. Our boat is a 55 foot comfortable, stable catamaran. It is equipped with easy access stairways into the water on both the front and rear of the boat. There is also 2 restrooms, trampolines to lay out on and a friendly, experienced captain and crew. We also have flotation devices such as foam noodles, body boards and float vests for your use. Optional wetsuits and high quality 16 mega pixel Olympus underwater digital cameras are available to rent.

Our power catamaran of 55 feet embarks on a late afternoon snorkeling adventure that’s perfect for those who love to catch a few extra hours of sleep! Venture to one of two stunning snorkeling locales: the Molokini Crater or the Coral Gardens during this 3-hour nautical journey. Both places feature rich reef ecosystems, offer straightforward snorkeling, and are teeming with a variety of vibrant fish. Your captain will determine the ideal destination based on the conditions of the day’s sea. Taking a dip in the Molokini Crater is an unforgettable experience with visibility extending up to 150 feet! The Coral Gardens is another captivating site boasting a wide array of marine creatures. Regardless of the chosen site, swimming and enjoyment is guaranteed. All necessary equipment and guidance will be provided by our excellent crew, and lunch is on us!

- Snorkel locations are determined daily by our captains based on weather, swell, and many years of experience in Maui waters
- Wildlife sightings, while likely, are not guaranteed
- Basic swimming ability recommended
- For vegetarian, gluten-free meals, or any other special dietary need please call at time of booking
- Valid photo ID required for passengers ages 21+ who will be drinking alcoholic beverages
- With your safety as a top priority alcohol is served once the snorkel portion of the tour is complete
- Operates in most weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or reschedule
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Bring cash if you’d like to tip the crew

Beautiful Cruise and Snorkeling - We made it to Molokini! It was great! Warning! The afternoon cruise usually diverts due to high winds. We got lucky.

Abby birthday snorkeling - We went to the coral gardens instead of Molokini due to the wind conditions. It was super cool! Once you got to the location you could see the coral underneath from the top of the boat. Staff were really friendly and funny. We spent about an hour in the actual water swimming. Saw quite a bit of colorful fish and an octopus. It was fun!

So much fun! - What a great trip! My friends and I were visiting Maui and looking for fun/affordable things to do and this was perfect! The crew was awesome, lunch was great, and the snorkeling was so beautiful! I highly recommend this and the pina coladas were amazing! There were also kids on the boat and I felt like it was a good experience for kids of all ages for families :)

Fantastic afternoon excursion! - Fantastic afternoon excursion! We enjoyed the boat ride to Molokini and the snorkelling was magical. On the way back, they served us lunch (hot dogs) and they haf awesome drinks to purchase! Cheapest $3 cocktails on the island. Would highly recommend this experience!

Went Hungry - Boat ride was entertaining. We were lucky to be able to go snorkeling at Molokini crater for afternoon snorkel - which is not always possible due to waves. However the fish we saw was not impressive. Maybe it was the time of the day. We didn’t see any turtles either. But that’s not something the crew or the company controls. The boat ride was fun. The crew was enthusiastic and entertaining. They were working hard to prep food. I was disappointed because I had preordered 2 adult vegetarian meals and when I went up to get my order they were out. They said the “order didn’t come through “. Additionally the “lunch” was served on the way back around 3:30pm so if you skip lunch thinking 1pm lunch, I suggest taking snacks with you - especially if you have kids

So so trip, not what I expected - I am a bit disappointed in this trip because I really wanted to go to Molokini creater…..that’s what I paid for and we did not go! We went to coral gardens which I had no idea that was an option vs Molokini. The boat operator said “we can’t go in the afternoon bc it’s to windy and you can only go in the morn”. Had I have known this, I would have booked a morning time frame. This was the first I heard of two possible options. Coral gardens was not very exciting! We literally saw a few black fish, 1 teal colored fish and I saw 1 yellow fish. Very disappointed especially for over a $250 trip. One of thing is they fed you lunch…hot dogs and chips. I don’t eat hotdogs and was not told that we can substitute for a plant based hamburger which 12 people on board got the hamburger. Overall just disappointed in our once in a lifetime trip for us not to be able to see/snorkle Molokini. I would not recommend this snorkeling trip.
On a positive note..the staff on board were very nice and helpful.

Last option - The staff was not friendly except a few. Asked captain about Molikini, the answer was “Do you want everyone to faint?” It could have been better addressed.
In the boat as well - from behind i was told to go in the front, and in the front i was told to sit, even when no one was there.
No vegetarian food was served - even though 6 vegetarian were requested.
The water was not as rough, and the snorkel was literally the one ypi do at the shore!! Not worth the money.

Don't book Malolo! - I need a refund for 2 trips that were canceled 35 minutes prior yo checking in. Drove 45 minutes each way to be disappointed. Too late notice to book elsewhere.

68th birthday disappointment - The most memorable part was being canceled for engine troubles within half an hour of checking in. Now it is Thursday and the 2nd excursion was cancelled less than a half hour of checking in. Horrible service. Do not book with this company. There is no time to reschedule.
