Great hiking tour - We had a great time!! Pasco our tour guide was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and had lots of history insight. He was just fun tour guide! Being picked up and dropped off was an added bonus. Saw several watefalls and got to swim in a couple of them. The hike was beautiful. They provided lunch snacks and water. He even provided bug spray which some of us really needed. You won’t regret taking this tour. Very much worth it! Thank you Pasco!

Best tour ever! Mike’s love for Maui, tasty fruits, waterfall jump, and turtle stop made our hike unforgettable. - We did the Waterfall & Rainforest Hiking Adventure with Hike Maui on 9/8/25, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Mike, was amazing—his love for Maui and Hawaii shone through in every story he told. He shared so much knowledge about the plants and fruits in the rainforest, letting us taste many and teaching us which were safe, which were not ripe, and which could be harmful. It felt like learning how to live off the land. He even showed us how to safely jump off the waterfall, which was a thrilling highlight. The tour was never rushed, and Mike went above and beyond, including a special stop to see turtles. Highly recommend Hike Maui and Mike!

Beauty and Adventure - We had an amazing hike at Maui Falls!! Our guide, Brian was informative and helpful! My favorite part of the adventure was jumping into the pools of water! We jumped from tree branches and rocky cliffs. It wasn’t a requirement to jump but it was a blast! We also tasted many different varieties of fruits and even some flowers. I highly recommend this tour!

A walk on the wild side - Tim our guide was very knowledgeable and paced the walk well, stopping frequently to tell us about the plants in the rainforest. This hike took us away from the usual tourist paths to waterfalls which were quieter. The terrain was rough but manageable. Everyone had a chance to swim or cliff jump with no pressure to do either. A good day out

Hike Maui - Best Way to Experience the Lush Side of Maui - My wife and I recently joined a vacation club on Maui and thought it best to work with a hiking guide to get to know this beautiful paradise. Hike Maui exceeded our expectations far more than we could have imagined! We chose the Waterfall & Rainforest Hike in the mesmerizing Ho’olawa Valley. Our guide, Naomi, picked us up near our hotel in Ka’anapali, and after breaking the inherent awkwardness of ten strangers meeting in a van with a fun introduction, she filled the drive to the Valley with fascinating stories about the landmarks we passed and the the colorful history of Maui. Then, once the hike began, Naomi educated us on the wide variety of flora growing in the Valley. She was so knowledgeable, I thought perhaps she had an advanced degree in botany! Naomi’s description of all that we saw was as educational as it was fun, from tasting tidbits of the natural flora along the way to learning the history of how this forest developed over the centuries. And of course, the waterfalls were as refreshing as they are beautiful! I can’t think of a better way to be introduced to the natural beauty and intrigue that is Maui!

I'd do it again! - A wonderful experience. Beautiful paths, some tricky hiking areas that made the hike better. but make sure you can bend low and have good balance., Great swimming holes; unfortunately the waterfalls were a bit thin because of the recent lack of rain, but the natural pools were awesome. Be prepared for Maui humidity. Jason was so friendly, and gave us great info.
