Don’t miss this amazing experience! ! - Fantastic experience !! Views are incredible (but it’s freezing and you’re outside in the wind for over an hour, so bring warm clothes!!) it’s so worth getting up at 2 am! The breakfast after and time walking in Paia were both a treat. Highly recommend!

Great! - It was fantastic, we celebrated our 33rd anniversary. Our guide was really fun! He even took a special anniversary picture for us at the crater. I’m also so thankful they provided extra clothing to keep warm!

Beautiful sunrise - Everything was beautiful! Our tour bus driver Cory was very friendly and funny. It was super windy and cold today. I think the winds were 50 miles per hour. Make sure to dress warm and bring gloves.

Warning: Bike Maui & GetYourGuide - A Sunrise Tour Disaster with No Refund - I am utterly appalled by the abysmal service provided by Bike Maui and GetYourGuide during my recent Maui Sunrise Tour booking. Despite numerous attempts at communication and a litany of issues, both parties have shamelessly refused to issue a refund, leaving me utterly dissatisfied and infuriated. From the get-go, it was evident that this excursion was doomed for failure. The miscommunication regarding the pickup time was just the tip of the iceberg. Despite supposedly sending an email with the corrected time, GetYourGuide failed miserably in ensuring we received this critical information. As a result, my group and I arrived promptly at the specified time, only to be met with a deafening silence and confusion. The lack of communication from the supposed executives was simply unacceptable. We were left stranded at the pickup location like lost sheep, with no guidance or updates whatsoever. Our patience wore thin as the minutes ticked by, and our frustration mounted with each passing moment. Attempting to salvage the situation, we tirelessly attempted to contact the supplier, but to no avail. Their phone line was perennially busy, and our voicemails went unanswered, painting a clear picture of their utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Even more disheartening was the response (or lack thereof) from GetYourGuide. Despite exchanging a barrage of emails detailing our ordeal, they callously brushed aside our grievances and adamantly refused to issue a refund. It is evident that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, demonstrating a blatant lack of integrity and accountability. In conclusion, my experience with Bike Maui and GetYourGuide has been nothing short of a nightmare. From their abysmal communication to their outright refusal to rectify their mistakes, they have proven themselves to be utterly incompetent and unworthy of patronage. Save yourself the headache and avoid booking with them at all costs.

Company was very... - Company was very disorganized on communication. We ended up having to switch vehicles 3 times and the last time we were just left in town without knowing when we would be picked up. At that point we were tired shouldnt have had to wait for transportation.
