We’ll be coming down the mountain - My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Kimo, Steve and Russell - our drivers and guide. I had done the ride 30 years ago but my husband had never done it. I wasn’t nervous until we got ready to start - but Russell gave me sine excellent coaching and I settled in pretty quickly. My husband loved it ! I felt like I was in safe and capable hands.

Best bike tour in Maui! The guides were amazing! - We had a complete blast on our guided tour. We had the best guides and enjoyed every moment on the bikes and in the bus. The team of Cory/Drew/Steve made sure that we were all completely comfortable and felt assured that if we decided that the bike trip was not what we wanted to do, that we could ride in the van instead. This assurance made me feel like they truly cared. I am 62, and have not really rode a bike in a long time. The guys were incredibly encouraging and caring. We learned so many fun facts along the way. The early pick up from the hotel seemed dumb at the time, but it was so wonderful that once we were on top of the volcano to see the sun rise, it was all well worth it. The bike part down was a blast. We had time to hang in town and eat breakfast/lunch and even that was fun. I highly recommend this tour and the guys who guided us

WOW! - We loved our day with the driver (Daniel) and the guide. They made a very good team. Throughout the day, they gave us a lot of information! We felt safe and secure. Unforgettable experience 🩷

Great ride. Will do this again! - Weather wasn't our friend that morning and didn't see the Sunrise. We had raincoats and pants that kept us dry. Once we got started down the mountain we had much better weather. We felt safe and Russell was a wealth of information! He gave helpful advise. We got to the relocation stop and they said it was raining on the next leg so they took us back up for a second run instead. Beautiful rainbows and views. Well worth getting up very early! Thanks everyone. Friends from IL and CO

Don’t Book With Anyone Else - We went on the Guided Morning Tour with Cruiser Phil’s of Haleakala Bike Company. Everything about it exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t expecting such an in-depth and interesting tour on our drive up to the top of Haleakala as we received. Our guide, Kimo, was fantastic. He grew up on Maui and has an extensive understanding of the history, culture and plant life of the island and specifically around Haleakala. In addition, he was very engaging and has a great sense of humor. The views from the summit or the crater and the surrounding vistas were spectacular. We were on the guided tour, and our guide during the bike tour gave excellent safety instruction before and during the ride. The ride down was exhilarating. Even though bikes are no longer allowed on the middle section and you have to ride in the van through that part, it was well worth it! I would highly recommend this company!

Haleakala Morning SELF-GUIDED TOUR - We did the Haleakala Morning SELF-GUIDED TOUR beginning at 8 am. Dan, our guide, was fantastic. We enjoyed the drive and summit tour while he shared a lot of information about the history, the geography, and the animal life. The equipment was top notch. Stopped for lunch in Makawao, a vibrant small town on the way "down". Highly recommend this trip.

Don't Visit Maui Without Doing This! - This was an absolutely amazing experience! I would highly recommend this for anyone who is visiting Maui. Our guides, Dan and Tim, were not only hilarious, but so patient and kind. Dan shared so many wonderful historical facts about the island, along with some really fun myths. :)

Not What I Expected - Being a bike rider, I was kind of disappointed with the miles we covered, but I tell you Drew made up for it with his knowledge of Maui history and stand up skills (he's a funny guy). My next book is Hawaiian history. And watching him hit the switchbacks with his arms out like an airplane put my cycling skills to shame. I wish I would have got a picture of him cuz I still have trouble believing it. And after 24 years of trying to teach my daughter how to ride a bike, I think she learned that day. Great recommendation for lunch. It would have been 5 stars if I had broken a sweat, but that's not what it's about. Drew and Tom, thanks for a great day!

Great tour guides- not worth the price. - We had great tour guides- Dan and Tim. Dan gave us tons of Maui information and knows the island well, and Tim was funny and had lots of knowledge as well. Unfortunately, it rained so the bike ride was not really fun, nothing to see because of the rain clouds, and just short ride altogether. The high cost of $538 for 2 people should include more, like breakfast and lunch. Out of all of our Maui tours, this was the most disappointing.

Don’t waste your time - Don’t waste your time, there is only about 15 miles you will ride, it was a real joke as compared to 20 years ago when I did it 36 miles to the ocean it was incredible, horrible !!!
