A fun morning with great guides! - The water level was low for the intended portion of the canyon, so they took us to a section higher up that had enough water to do several fun slides and jumps. The guides were very careful checking things out before letting the guests proceed. They were also great at explaining how each feature would work and how to position ourselves correctly. Finally, when my wife decided she did not feel comfortable enough to continue, they reassuringly talked her through the last feature and gave her specific directions on how to return to the van to wait for us to finish.

Fantastic activities - 5 out of 5 experience! We were a group of four adults and two teenagers. We all loved the canyoning Interlaken experience. It was definitely an adrenaline rush! Our guides Tim and Gérard were professional and fun, we felt very safe with them. We booked the Ropes Park through outdoor.ch; such good value for money! We also did river rafting Simme. This was a fun activity, but a lot tamer than the canyoning and even rope park. Next year, when the children are older we'll definitely do the more adventurous rafting. Great activities, well organised and we all came away with huge grins. Thank you - we'll be back next summer!

Great day in the canyon - Had a fantastic day with Heath and Emil out in the canyon. Made some memories I won’t soon forget, and I think I used up all my adrenaline for at least the next month!

Book this! - We had so much fun canyoning! Our guides Stan and Gerard were so much fun and deserve a raise! They made sure we were safe and enjoying ourselves the entire time. The video package is worth it. They edit it to focus on you which we liked. Will be doing this again and would recommend!

A great way to spend an afternoon with older kids. - Very smooth sign up and directions. The staff and guides (Hudson and Iain) kept everyone moving during gear up. The ride to the canyon was quick. The canyoneering allowed for options based on preference and the guides encouraged everyone. All in all a fun afternoon.

Just do it - It was perfect for parents and teenagers - not difficult but definitely more fun than I’d imagined and got the blood pumping. Do it.

amazing!! - My sister and I both went on this canyoning experience! It was our first time doing canyoning and it was all a bit intense but it was made so much better by our guides Timmy and Heath. They were calm and in control and incredibly organized! They helped make some of the jumps and fun moves a lot easier and were generally awesome guides! It was also so beautiful and so much fun! Definitely would recommend the experience but it’s not for the faint of heart or anyone scared of heights.

Senior citizen’s perspective - I will start this review by saying my 40 year old son absolutely loved this tour. He would go canyoning again. In our group of 10, I’m sure I’m the only one asking myself what the heck was I thinking. Rave reviews from all the other participants. The remainder of the review is from the perspective of a 64 year old in okay shape without much upper body or leg strength .This was a challenge from the get go from putting on the wet suit, to hiking up the hill to get to the start point until the final haul up a rope and steps to meet the van. We started with an easy rappel which with bad footing, I managed to slam the canyon wall and have a bruise to show for it. From there there were 3 jumps, one required standing in the middle of rushing water. Overall jumping from heights isn’t an issue - I’ve done 35 & 40 ft jumps from rocks. However, jumping Superman style did spook me. Other challenges were flume shoots which I enjoyed. Standing up after a jump or other feat was difficult. It was hard to get my footing. I owe a lot to my son and several young men in our group who watched out for me. Without them, it would have been impossible for me to do the course. Interestingly I won the “ cold” war as my group were all from Texas and were cold. Coming from Maine, the water temperature never bothered me. We had 3 guides assisting. Very competent, very clear directions and demonstrations but very direct. Just because I was a senior, I was expected to carry-on like the 20 year olds. In other words “suck it up buttercup”. There were times they told me to stand up 3-4 times. I remember saying I’m trying my best”. Can’t believe I kept myself from swearing at them. LOL. Personally I think a more encouraging tone would have been nice. I am beyond proud of myself for finishing. I’m still undecided if I should have done it. My left hand has a very nasty bruise - don’t even remember how it happened. Hope this helps you decide if this is the right experience for you. I don’t have pictures. They take video which you can buy or they post a few pictures you can grab from the website.
