Beautiful Matera & extremely accommodating - Firstly, Francesco was extremely accommodating! We arrived over an hour late due to unforeseen road closures, and he worked with me to reschedule later in the day.
The tour is fantastic. Our guide shared the rich history of Matera and brought us to beautiful spots. Truly a unique experience. Definitely the way to see Matera if you don’t have much time, as was our case with a baby.

Amazing city tour with Francesco & Paolo - Prompt pick up for our group of 5 people at our local hotel in the old city. English speaking guide took us on hour drive around the area with stops to take pictures and hear history of the area. Wonderful city to visit on Palm Sunday and experience local traditions. Very knowledgeable and personable guides for the tuk tuk tour.

Apeppecar the best! - We had the opportunity to stop in Matera and we found Antonio in the square of the cathedral, we booked the longest tour for the next morning, on time Antonio came to pick us up at the B & B where we were staying, took us to visit a typical house in the stones and then in the workshop of an artisan where there is a beautiful miniature of the Sassi, he explained the history and structure of Matera, very good, we highly recommend it. Matera is Fantastic

Definitely to be redone! - We traveled with Francesco, and it was a truly unique experience to do as a family, especially for the kindness he had with our children and the way he explained all the details of this wonderful city! Thank you for making this holiday weekend unforgettable!

Fun Experience - A must do in Matera. We were 4 and took the 75 minute tour. From the reservation to the tour, service was the best. Our guide spoke English and answered many questions we had. We saw the areas that have been past movie sets. The sunset from the top of a hill, near the church, was fantastic. Also it is very easy for anyone who has difficulty walking. I loved honking the horn as we zipped by others!
