Don't Miss Matera! - Our guide Giuseppe was absolutely wonderful. He knew everything there was to know about Matera: from history to art to city planning, and he was able to answer every question in depth. We were lucky to have a personal tour with him and he didn't rush us. Additionally, he recommended an excellent trattoria that the locals frequent.
