Excellent experience - Wonderful experience, Antonio was a very attentive and friendly instructor. He was very patient, especially with me who was the most fearful. I loved it and will definitely go back.

Amazing Apnea Experience Course! - I did the Apnea Experience course with Antonio in early October, 2023. I honestly can’t imagine having a calmer, more knowledgeable instructor to be in the water with. In the classroom and in the water, he communicated the important concepts clearly and passionately. We were a group of three total newbs and one diver with more experience, and Antonio worked patiently with each of us to help conquer individual challenges and it was incredible to see the process and progress for us all. We stayed in the AirBnB and had such a great time, on and off the water! Thanks so much Antonio! We will definitely be back again

Immersive Free Diving Adventure in Sorrento and Capri - This was an absolutely amazing tour! Antonio took us to some amazing spots between Sorrento and Capri. He really knows his way around the area and identifies the best places for each day. His knowledge of the marine life in the area is very vast. He identified so many fish as we went along and knew how to track and catch them. We were even playing with an octopus for a while! We also learned so much. Did a full course on Free Diving and completed our certification. It was a very fun experience, being immersed in such beautiful locations while learning such a unique skill. We all progressed quickly and Antonio was great about letting each student advance at their own pace. At the end of it, we all felt like close friends. This was not just a 3 day course. We cooked together, ate together and went out together. I would definitely recommend that you stay at the BnB that's tied with the program. It transformed this into a full experience that extended beyond the actual course we paid for.

Amazing first time snorkelling and free diving - Great experience to snorkel and free dive, you might even be as lucky as we were to get to see the wildlife (like octopus) up close and personal! The scenery is beautiful and Antonio and the team are very helpful and make it a memory to never forget.

1/2 day snorkeling - Antonio and Roberto were amazing at guiding our snorkeling adventure. There was attention to safety and enjoying the reserve. Definitely explored what we would have never found on our own. My wife and I both had a great time despite our sea sickness levels. We toured for 1/2 a day but I would do a full day if possible.

Excellent - I was recommended to freedive with Antonio by a friend while I was visiting Sorrento in July 2023. He is a great teacher who gave me lots of analysis and coaching advise to improve my technique and dive deeper. He also taught me with no fins which was an amazing experience. Antonio is local to the area and guided us to a nature reserve that is perfect for snorkeling. I'm looking forward to go back again soon.

Amazing way to experience the Amalfi Coast - My wife, 12-year-old son, and I had an amazing afternoon snorkeling with Antonio, the owner of Capri Freediving. Very small group - it was only the three of us! We took a small boat to two locations in Punta Campanella Marine Reserve. There were no other boats in the area. My favorite part was when a huge school of sardines swam below us. Such an amazing experience. Antonio has a real love of the ocean that comes across in his tour. Antonio was very responsive via email and What's App. We highly recommend going out with them.

Amazing Experience - We joined for the snorkelling experience and it exceeded our expectations. The locations were beautiful and we saw octopus, starfish, urchins, and loads of different fishes; all whist swimming in warm and clear waters. Antonio and Roberto were knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Thank you for making some of the highlights of our holiday. If you’re staying near Sorrento or Massa Lubrense then you should definitely try this out!
