Session format: live, via the ZOOM platform
Engaging session: the attendees, by logging onto the ZOOM platform, prepared their own dish (or dessert) in accordance with the chef’s directives.
List of necessary equipment and ingredients to be supplied: These will be accessible online, so that attendees can procure them beforehand.
