Parallel Boat Parking a True Skill - There is a reason why so many swamp tours are available, they are fun. I don't know how these gators were spotted, impressive everytime. If your not so keen on water, the boat doesn't move super fast and is definitely something you can handle. I have a new appreciation for dinosaurs (gators). Had a great time and loved the breeze on the water.

Captain Jamie was very... - Captain Jamie was very entertaining. We appreciated the fact that they started earlier than scheduled time since everyone had checked in...saved us some time! The swamp tour was lovely. Managed multiple alligator sightings and some birds too.

Amazing swamp tour but watch out when booking - The swamp tour itself was amazing and I can only recommend to anyone. Careful when booking: I booked the transportation along with the tickets, which was $25 per Person. I am not sure why I was able to book transportation, as they did not pick up on the day of our tour (a Tuesday in our case). We found out last minute and got to the swamp per cab. Yes we were reimbursed the inital transportation fee, but the cab there and back was a lot more expensive. My advice: Confirm everything a couple days prior to your tour.

No rescheduling option, operators will lie and say you got full experinece so you cannot try and reschedule. - Didn't get to go, my voucher/ticket said we could redeem up to a year. Our car got broken into, and we found it like that right before leaving for this trip, had to call the police and start that process and of course we were late because of it. I contacted support to see if we could reschedule (because my ticket said we could for up to a whole year). Well. Apparently operators of the boat claimed we were there and experienced the whole trip (that's a lie) and told me they wouldn't issue a refund- then I clarified I was not looking for a refund, I was looking to reschedule. Allegedly they do not offer that, even though I saw it on my ticket, really wish I got a screen shot of that. But. Yeah. Car got broken into, now we have to deal with all that, and no one offered anything but lies the entire time we stayed in New orleans. I would understand them saying they just won't accommodate the rescheduling, but to lie and say that we went??? Gross. So disappointed in the whole human race. Just greedy, deceitful, and such a let down. Read other reviews and we booked this one because it did look great- I can't say anything about the experience BECAUSE WE DID NOT GET TO- But the boat operators claim a different story. THAT is why they're getting 1 star, why lie? I can't get a refund anyway and I wasnt trying to... why lie??? Disgusted :(
