Excellent experienced... - Excellent experienced during this morning tour and hot air balloon with Tom and his crew. Pick up on time; safe and professional driver and the whole ride was also handled perfectly by the pilot and everybody involved. Flight certificates with our names in arabic are a great souvenir. Would definitely recommend !!!

Sunrise balloon flight without the sunrise - A fantastic experience with Tom our pilot. He was very calming to all his passengers and this experience was the finale for a high energy stay in Morocco.

Very nice experience and wonderful memories - It was a very nice experience and well organised. The organisers got in touch with us a day before the trip and organised the transportation, we enjoyed our balloon ride and seeing the sun rising from above Atlas mountain was worth to pay for .. Tom the captain was nice and explained to us what to do when landing.. the breakfast and the view was wonderful just sitting and watching other balloons flying above while eating our delicious breakfast and drinking Moroccan tea was AMAZING! We got a flight certificate as well, which I think it's coooool..Thanks everyone for giving us a great experience in Marrakesh

Close but no balloon! - I’m giving this review as it’s something I never read in any of the reviews I saw on Tripadvisor or on any other site, possibly because they get cut but I feel it needs to be said…… so ….. We sadly can’t rate the actual experience as the event was postponed. However the team were amazing, kept us informed and we tried to get another date but sadly that didn’t come to fruition either. What they don’t tell you, and it may be in the very small print, the balloons can’t go up with out the Moroccan Civil Aviation Authority giving clearance. This is understandable however it also appears that the balloon area is close to the flight path of the airport which obviously adds a little spice. And personally with the air space only getting busier I think this may become more regular! All in all disappointed not to fly by the company were great!

Lack of clarity and organization - We spent 2 hours in the car while the site is 20km from Marrakech because we had to pick people up extremely far. Arriving on the spot we are told that the flight is not at sunrise when we all thought it was and we wait more than an hour on the camp, we finally took off at 8am. No details about this in the ad and misleading ad with the sunrise pictures but it is indeed a morning flight and not sunrise attention. Fortunately the flight was great (45min flight) and so was the pilot Tom which catches up with the problem of clarity and organization

PLEASE book with another provider - this is NOT as advertised - Do NOT book with this tour operator. Despite the experience clearly being marked as a “sunrise” hot air balloon, this was not the case. We were picked up from our hotel around 4:30am, having selected the pickup at 5am option. We then made several round trips to collect other people, which was understandable, who were all under the impression that this was a sunrise hot air balloon ride. When we finally arrive to the destination (around 6:30am, sunrise started at 6:22am) we were met with the sight of the our balloon going up with another group of people onboard. Only at this point we were informed that our flight would be *next*, meaning we had missed the sunrise. When we tried to complain and discuss with the staff, they seemed very uninterested and said they could do nothing. Viator also completely unhelpful in this situation. A nice surprise experience for me and my wife completely ruined and £200+ down the drain for an experience that did not live up to the expectation. Please book with another tour operator as it’s clear this one was greedy and mis-sold the experience to fill up a second flight.
