For a worry free arrival experience - It was a great experience that Ilyas was there to welcome us after a long journey. It was a relief that he was there waiting for us because our plane got delayed plus it takes time to go through immigration. He was also in contact with our Riad so our host was waiting for us at the entrance. Ilyas spoke very good English and gave us a little tour on the way to the Medina.
