unmissable experience with exceptional guides - yusuf was a lovely driver, everyone on the tour made us feel so welcomed. The food was amazing and the people in the berber were very kind. The actual hot air balloon was very smooth, I wouldnt worry about getting in, taking off or landing it was all very easy and calm, not like others i have seen online, you dont get in while its laying on its side, you climb in when its upright. Really surreal experience even people in my group were scared of heights and so glad they did it.

Hot air balloon driver - Yousef was our driver to and from the marrakech hot air balloon ride and he was on time and very lovely, thank you so much, made our experience extra enjoyable knowing our transport was good

Excellent service - Our transfer was seamless and well-organised. We were picked up from our hotel, taken for a light Berber breakfast, then to the hot air balloon. After landing, we returned to a traditional Berber breakfast before being driven back to our hotel. Comfortable, punctual, and professional—highly recommended!
