Our Moroccan cooking class offers more than just a meal—it’s an immersive cultural experience. The morning session starts with a guided tour of a local market, where participants learn to choose fresh ingredients and iconic spices like Ras El Hanout and saffron. Following this, in our spacious riad kitchen, a complete three-course meal is prepared using authentic family recipes.

With the help of our local chefs, participants will master traditional techniques for chopping, seasoning, and cooking Moroccan dishes such as salads, tajines, couscous, and desserts. Throughout the session, stories about Moroccan food, culture, and hospitality are shared.

After cooking, participants will savor their creations in our beautifully arranged Moroccan salon. A digital recipe booklet is provided, and spices are available for purchase to take home.
